Great hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus provided at Terminal 2 bus bay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the luggage handlers. They carry it all the way to the room, and you can arrange for them to help bring it down to the lobby as well.

Range of both Japanese and western food was fantastic. I particularly l9ve the japanese buffet breakfast thst introduces one to the fine breakfast dishes of japanese households. The staff were super hrlpful and efficient. Our room for 3 was spacious, comfortable and has everythjng our family of 3 needs. Overall, 5 stars for its value.
