Hotel Nikko Narita

Like stepping back in time into the 1970's. The hotel entrance and lobby must still be original. The rooms have been updated but still have a 70's vibe. The hotel is a good location for the airport and provides a timetabled free shuttle bus both to/from the airport and also to/from Narita JR station. My stay was for 1 night and was good value.

Hotel Nikko Narita is extremely convenient if you need quick access to Naria Airport or want to utilize the local train station for exploring Tokyo and surrounding areas. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the airport, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus and very easy to use. The hotel itself is older, with some areas, especially the bathroom toilets, have been modernized. I especially loved the heated toilet seats and bidet with warm water, which added a very comfortable touch after long travel days. We ate breakfast at the hotel once during our stay. The buffet offered a decent variety of breakfast items, and everything was well organized. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff was welcoming, professional and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a great airport hotel option for convenience, comfort, and service. While it may not feel like a luxury 5-star property due to the age of the hotel, some of the updates and certainly the hospitality made it a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay there. Would stay there again if we needed to be close to the airport.

For those plan to make day trips, the location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Shinkansen station. We only spent one night, but we had a wonderful stay, very convenient. We had left some important documents in our previous hotel in Kyoto, and the staff at this hotel were fantastic, arranged for the documents to be shipped overnight, very courteous, very helpful.

Very nice hotel and convenient to access from Narita Airport.

Very impressed with Hotel Nikko Narita. Booked it for the proximity to airport. Courtesy buses supplied to and from airport and also to shopping mall and Narita station. We arrived at midday and although check-in wasn’t until 3pm, we got immediate access to our room, which was appreciated. The executive double room was extremely spacious and bed very comfortable. We didn’t eat in the main restaurant so can’t comment on it but there was also a coffee shop which provided light meals - burgers/club sandwiches etc with good sized portions. In addition, there was a small but well stocked Lawsons family mart on site, which was popular. Staff very helpful and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will use in the future if flying from Narita airport.

The best hotel to stay in Narita Airport area. I have stayed in the hotel 3 times so far.

The newer style rooms are great and make good use of space. The breakfast buffet is really good, do yourself a favour and include it in your reservation from the start.

The corporate discipline and business vibe filled the lobby air. I truly appreciated hotel’s dependable airport shuttle services during my stay. Breakfast contents and selections were wonderful too.

Stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita for one night after a flight. The hotel was clean, convenient, and very close to the airport. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of options. The only disappointing part was the massage service. The website says massages are available from 2 PM, but that information was incorrect. I wanted to get a massage before going to sleep with my infant, but they only had availability after 6 PM and nothing open before that, even for the next day. If I had known this in advance, I probably would have booked a nearby onsen hotel instead. If massage or relaxation services are important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. But if you just want a clean, decent, and convenient hotel near Narita Airport, this hotel is good enough.
