Hotel Nikko Narita

The property is actually beautiful the grounds were immaculate. The rooms were big and spacious for our luggage. We ate at Serena restaurant the first night for the seafood buffet festival the food was good and a bit pricey for my taste. The bathroom was big, it was dated it reminded me of the bathroom I had growing up in the 80s but the important part was it was spotless and that’s all that matters. We also went to the bar on the 11th floor and it was beautiful a nice place to relax and have a drink. Loved that they had a Lawsons that was open 24hrs at the hotel. I definitely would stay here again if in the area. Also they have a shuttle to take you to the mall or you can use a taxi nothing was in walking distance at this hotel

Staff goes out of their way to assist with your stay.

It was my second stay at the property, and the service remains excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially a Taiwanese lady who took the initiative to assist me while I was weighing my luggage and offered to deliver it to my room. I truly appreciate her kindness. While the room was a decent size and provided sufficient space to repack, I was disappointed in the breakfast. The menu has been significantly reduced since my last visit in November 2025; though the quality was good, it no longer justifies the price. For future travellers, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to Aeon Mall and Narita Station. At the station, you will find Skytown Narita alongside numerous dining options. If you walk about 15 minutes from there, there is an Aeon Town which has a large supermarket. Else, you can opt to go to Aeon Mall which also has a large supermarket, which has many different shops in the mall, including a large sports shop. During my last trip, the tight shuttle schedule limited me to eating at Aeon Mall. This time, however, I explored the area around Narita Station and dined at a fantastic local Izakaya serving delicious 100-yen skewers. It felt like an authentic hidden gem, as I was the only foreigner there.

Wonderful hotel with full amenities that is close to the hotel. Free shuttle bus to & from the airport too. The staff are free & helpful.

我们家小孩严重尘螨过敏，酒店非常仔细地打扫房间。另外家人签证临时出了些状况，酒店表示出最大的理解和支持。 整体设施略旧，但是维护得很好，而且一些细节很周到。 食物尝试了一楼的自助餐厅，味道不错，食材新鲜。cafe就味道一般吧，量挺足的。 很重要一点是服务人员都英文不错，交流比较容易。 机场班车在楼下有个发车提醒的大牌子。发车很准时。 去成田市区他们也提供班车，可是我们没有尝试。打车回来十五分钟3800yen。

Hotel was great for a stopover before heading into Tokyo and Kyoto. Great breakfast with everything you could ever want and more! Free bus to airport was also brilliant.

The room was very spacious by Japanese standards. My husband and I felt embarrassed because we had warned our kids that Japanese rooms are small! The beds were arranged in a thoughtful way. We liked the fact that there were 2 toilets (one in sink/shower room and one in its own room). The room was dated, and there was a slightly musty smell in the stand-alone toilet that could not be ignored. We made good use of the scented spray that we packed for such moments. Overall, the property was convenient for us overnight travellers en route to Osaka. We liked the fact that there was a free shuttle to/from the airport. The best part…no waiting for hours! That bus was on time, every time, every 20 minutes. We were also able to send one of our large suitcases ahead to another hotel using their freight service. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and impeccably organized. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you Expedia and Hotel Nikko. We will stay with you again!

This hotel is great for travellers needing a place to rest, relax, re-pack, shower and get your act together before moving on to the next stage of your trip. The staff are great, and the shuttle bus service to the THREE Narita Terminals is excellent. Rates are competitive, and facilities right up to expectations. Strongly recommend.

Hotel is very western style. Many options to eat at. We were able to get a late checkout and there is afree shuttle to and from the airport.

El staff es muy atento y servicial. Aunque el cuarto del hotel no es tan moderno comparado con otros en Japón tiene buen espacio lo que te permite tener todo tu equipaje y todavía tener suficiente espacio para ti. Está a unos minutos del aeropuerto de Narita. También te proveen transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo 100%

Excellent for connecting with flying

Staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, outstanding service. The room was very clean, but rather dated, as was the property in general. Overall a solid choice for a quick stay at an airport hotel, but I would not choose it for longer than one night.
