Great hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus provided at Terminal 2 bus bay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the luggage handlers. They carry it all the way to the room, and you can arrange for them to help bring it down to the lobby as well.

This hotel is close to the airport, and there are plenty of shuttle buses. It’s clean, and the staff are friendly.

Extremely outdated facilities. The aircon was 70er style and not easy to adjust. The bed sheet was too thick for the summer period. This Hotel has nothing to do with what Nikko stands for and appears more than like a 70ies motel.

This was the perfect hotel close to the airport. The rooms are a little dated yet very clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Hotel restaurants were good and hotel staff were courteous, kind and helpful. Easy shuttle to and from airport or train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Every time I go to Japan, I get off at the airport, stay a night at this hotel, and then the next day make my way to wherever I’m going. It’s a very comforting place to be and has become part of my routine. I’ve never felt the urge to explore any of the other hotels in the area.

Staff was very attentive. Conveniently located near Narita and with daily bus shuttle to Terminal 1 & 2 at Narita. Also, bus to AEON Mall Narita. It has a 24hr Lawson in the lobby. Beautiful gardens with a pool. Breakfast Buffett was good. Paid parking on premises.

You stay here for the location. Super convenient for a layover. Airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Very well organized. Room was very small and bathroom felt like you are on a boat.

It was a great hotel. We only had one night in between flights. There were several restaurants and a convenience store as well. The Japanese style room was a fair size for a family of four. The staff was very helpful throughout the stay.
