It was a great stay, 2018 we’ve been stay here with travel group, and we come back as a solo travelers, it was a great stay, we stay for 4 nights and we got upgrade, the view was amazing if the sky clear we can see mount fuji. The room is spacious all clean, hotel is in the city, airport limousine also stop by and from here, its very comfortable. Me and my husband like it very much, will be back for sure 🙏🏻🙏🏻 and hopefully got the best view again 😊

Great hotel with great view of Shinjuku. We were lucky enough that we could see mt. Fuji from our room. Plenty of amenities were refilled every day. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, many restaurants in front of the hotel, Limousine bus service to airport are excellent, free bus to Disneyland (reservation needed), good view from room.

This time the bathtub was new and clean looking whereas other times the bathtub were not so clean looking as they were quite old, I guess. The staff there name Roman at the reception was very good who offered me prompt services. Furthered there were times the table in the room was dirty and sticky so that I HAD TO CLEAN myself.

Vast ample lobbies with absolutely no place to sit. There were some chairs in front of check in. We were told to sit there and wait til 3 pm to check in. Turned out to be a lie. You could check in then wait for room. I was having trouble walking and there no benches, chairs anywhere . Very unwelcoming.
Breakfast was limited. Only sliced white bread. Long lines to get in, and again , no chairs. Long lines at the coffee machine. Long lines everywhere full of tour people. Tour people overtook the whole hotel, and the VIP area as well.
Will not be staying at Keio Plaza anymore

We stayed 6- nights. Convenient location to shops and subways. Hotel room is very clean and quiet, bed is comfortable. Staff are polite and helpful. There are several nice restaurants on site, though we did not try. Breakfast is quite good with many choices, but everyday is the same. My son likes the 711 convenient store downstairs (open 24/7) when he got hungry at midnight.
I would recommend this hotel when visiting Tokyo.

This place was so luxurious but for an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. They have multiple onsite restaurants. Just know they close around 8:30 or 9 pm. The rooms were fantastic. The only issues were the beds were very hard and the elevator doors don't seem to have sensors. They close very fast and they closed on me and other people multiple times so you basically have to jump on to make it.

The room was spacious, the location is a few minutes walk from the station which is not bad, away from the crowd. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.
