The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, we boarded the airport limousine bus and got off right at this hotel. Check-in in the lobby was fast, the hotel clerk was very friendly, helped us to deliver our luggage to the room, so we could leave right away. The location is close to Asakusa and the 24 hour don shop which is a jote. Around the hotel there are many places to eat.

For a room in the Tokyo area, it's quite spacious, not cramped or spacious, with separate toilets and bathrooms. For those with suitcases, elevator access is very easy, even if you have to transfer between elevators. It's very strategic because the location is close to all the must-see places. It's really close to Sensoji, Uniqlo, GU, Donki, 3coin, Muji, Sushi Kura, Ichiran, and more. The location is truly excellent. And one more thing, the hotel lobby perfume is really nice!

The hotel staff was very friendly, and they were very helpful with check-in and luggage storage (I had my suitcase sent from my previous hotel to this one). Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, latte, and mineral water refills ensure guests don't have to leave the hotel whenever they need them. The location is close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The room was just the right size for us with two children, and there was still plenty of room to open our suitcases. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Asakusa.

Hotel is perfect especially for someone with big luggage, very near from asakusa station a18 exit a2b only few steps to reach the hotel. The room is very clean, and toilet also, the bed is quiete comfort, no smell at all. I really loved my experience with Tosei from the moment we arrived. The staff were always smiling, very friendly, and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day, which made our stay very comfortable. When the AC in our room stopped working, they responded quickly and fixed it right away. What impressed me the most was when I accidentally left my wallet behind. The team immediately contacted us by email and kindly assisted us until we were able to retrieve it. Their honesty and helpfulness meant a lot to us. If I come back to Japan in the future, Tosei will definitely be my first choice to stay again. Highly recommended!🤍
