This hotel very new and very clean with good location, very convenient 5 min drive to Gotemba outlet, many restaurant near by. Excellent service, love the hot spring. Will surely recommend to stay at this Hotel. Just love it!

This hotel was an older, but elegant, well kept hotel. The service was excellent from checking in to breakfast to housekeeping. The hotel seemed a little out of the way, but a free city bus to the outlets was close by. There was a beautiful garden onsite and both the Western breakfast and Japanese breakfast were delicious. The rooms were well apportioned and very large.
