Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments with a credit card or a third party service. Regardal were excellent again! Great communication and no issues with checking in or checking out. Thanks for allowing an early check-in! The hotel might be a little run down, but it's super clean, room and cleaning services are on top of their game! A small suggestion - please add an extra outlet to the room. It's a minor inconvenience for people with mobility issues. Special appreciation for the variety and quality of the breakfast menu and once again, all the workers at the breakfast buffet. Overall, my mom's stay was very pleasant and the entire experience deserves 6 stars. Thank you very much!

worst stay, was given a room, large room as it was but the room is not what it looks like. the coffee station has never been refilled with tea or coffee, tv was totally disconnected, needed multiple calls to unresponsive and incompetent front desk, bathroom in the master’s bedroom is terribly ran down(wall paper wall and ceiling are peeling off and left hanging without being fixed, cold and hot water are not working, debri, boxes are everywhere in the lobby, restaurant which makes the area like a warehouse and bad odor upon enteringbthe hotel, out from the elevator to hallway. called the attention of front desk about above issues but little to slow actions.

For the most part, the hotel was fine. It definitely needs an update. The 4th floor where I was on, was pitch black with no window opening. There was a window, but nothing to look out on, but a brick wall. When i turned the faucet on the first day, It splurged brown mud water. But after awhile of letting it run, it cleared off. I'm thinking the room was not in use for awhile. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. But the staff is friendly and it was convenient and afordable. I would stay there again, but not on the 4th floor.

Great old hotel with a classic charm. The spa is really good as well. However they need to flush out their pipe system as the smell coming from the restrooms is pretty bad.

It was bad. The staff at the reception lie all the time, the gym and the pool you have to pay full price for, we were not told that before. The rooms are very old. Dont recommend this Hotel.

My 2nd time staying here. the description of this hotel has the word "upscale". it is not upscale. The lady at the reception (with curly hair) is great, always with a smile and friendly. Breakfast was the same food both times i stayed here. the fried rice was very delicious but the others were just average. the rooms are very old fashioned and dated. broken tiles, stains, toilet not thoroughly scrubbed and shower head that didn't work properly. the liquid soap at the sink smells horrible. i had to use my own soap.

die Einrichtung ist komplett veraltet, der TV funktioniert nicht, das Frühstuck war schlecht. Das einzig Gute - Die Rezeption ist gut und hat gutes Personal und die Betten sind sehr bequem.

i booked a king sized bed but the room i got was a twin-bedded room. but housekeeping came to join the beds together. the phone did not work at first. there were no plug points in the room except for near the bed head board. strange. we (yes, me included!) had to move the sofa to use the hidden plug point. liquid soap at the sink smells awful
