The room was nice and comfortable. The staff at reception were super helpful and spoke English which helped greatly.

Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments with a credit card or a third party service. Regardal were excellent again! Great communication and no issues with checking in or checking out. Thanks for allowing an early check-in! The hotel might be a little run down, but it's super clean, room and cleaning services are on top of their game! A small suggestion - please add an extra outlet to the room. It's a minor inconvenience for people with mobility issues. Special appreciation for the variety and quality of the breakfast menu and once again, all the workers at the breakfast buffet. Overall, my mom's stay was very pleasant and the entire experience deserves 6 stars. Thank you very much!
