We're soo satisfied with our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. Amazing view from our window, we could see a massive, well-maintained garden and Londoner Big Ben. The check-in process was really smooth, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Bus stops just outside the hotel. We had the best stay in Macau 🇲🇴 thank you for your hospitality 👍

I recently stayed at the Andaz Macau and had a truly enjoyable experience. The lounge was exceptional, offering a great selection of snacks and beverages that made relaxing there an absolute pleasure. The reception team and lobby staff were consistently friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Housekeeping was also excellent, with the rooms kept immaculate and well-prepared. Overall, the combination of thoughtful service, comfortable accommodations, and attention to detail made my stay very memorable. Nice hotel, big room, big bed, hot bath tub, hot water, nice view. Five star highly recommended hotel. Great location, near Venetian, Londoner, and Parisian. The strips of Macau, just like strips in Vegas. Malls just downstairs, restaurants and shops everywhere. A perfect place to stay. Definitely will come back.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, both with information and other assistance. The hotel was quite clean. The location was good. There was a food street next door and a convenience store across the street. There was a 24-hour shuttle bus service to several locations in and around the Galaxy Hotel. There was also a shuttle bus service to HZMB Macau. Overall, everything was quite good. Next time I go to Macau again, I will stay at Broadway Hotel again.

Overall very good and recommended. Hotel location in front of Venetian hotel with free shuttle bus to ferry terminal, airport and the some other places in macao and taipa. Check in process is fast and staff were very helpful. Room was great with large beds and very comfortable. Love this hotel!
