We were staying for two nights for family vacation. We were given the best welcome since the very first day. Since we arrived before the check-in time, one of the staff from concierge initiatively helped us with our luggage, and even gave recommendation on things to do, place to visit, and transportation option. The same staff also helped to arrange take-away breakfast since we had to leave early. Room and facilities were great, breakfast was excellent!

It was extremely convenient hopping from one place to another because of its complimentary shuttles. The check in and check-out process was a breeze. The room was spotless. The hotel is elegant, and there was so much to see. The service was exceptional. We were treated really, really well! The free luggage storage was convenient! Plus we were given two free tickets to the Batman ride!!! Overall, our stay in Macau was great mainly because of this hotel. Salute to Studio City! I hope the hotel stays the same ‘coz the next time we come back to Macau, we will definitely stay here again!

A great hotel. Free shuttle bus are available to Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau Ferry Terminal. The room are clean and the service was very good. The location is at Cotai Central. The casino and shopping malls are downstairs.
