W Macau - Studio City

Stayed with my wife for Christmas. Clean and spacious room, sumptuous amenities. Bar is nice; not too noisy nor crowded.

My son had a slight alergic reaction to the bed sheets during our stay at the hotel. As soon as we brought the issue up, the management team all showed care about the situation. Although the hotel was not able to provide the medication to treat the problem, alternate solutions were provided by the management team. The facilities at the hotel was amazing and we had a great family vacation despite the curve ball thrown at us.

The room was spectacular. It was very spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful and nice. It was our anniversary and they gave us an upgrade. Eric and Bryan were awesome in helping us check on in. Will definitely stay here again if.we come back to Macau

I really enjoyed my stay - the facilities were great, and the reception team were wonderfully helpful. I arrived in Macau at 10am after an overnight flight from Sydney, and they kindly arranged an early check-in.

Spacious room, Convenient as hotel connected to shopping mall, light rapid rail station and event center.

For the price, definitely the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Amazing view of the cotai strip!

For the start of the trip during arrival, the hotel made us wait around 1 hour to line up for check in, which was rather unpleasant as we had to just stand and wait, it is the first time I’ve experience this in a 5 star hotel. The room was fine as described during booking. During the stay, room service was ordered, food was good. However the waiter which bought the food to the room, a glass of Champagne was order during the service, however, rather due to inexperience waiter, he’s given less than a glass of champagne amount, which is rather feels like a scam for a small glass, which other high end restaurants with Michelin would rather have a more reasonable amount. During the stay was ok, until the next day. For our check out, yet had to line up for about 15 minutes until a staff came to ask about check out, that we could do quick check out if we did not have outstanding payment. Staffs at the check in lobby was rather not attentive, which cause a lot of unnecessary wait, overall the staffs cause a lot of other customers patience while my wait. I rather not recommend this hotel again if the service is provided this way. Understand the amount of people during arrival that day, but the operational efficiency was rather low with significant delays during check in with a wait time almost 1 hour after arrival, this shows the hotel W Macau with very ineffective queue management and with poor average check in duration and guest processing.

It was a Five Star experience! World class!!

The W Studio city was a fantastic stay for us. On arrival we requested that they make our room feather free (for allergies) and they prepared our room in 2 hours time. Our family member with asthma had her first stay in Asia without symptoms. A truly great experience. The in-room dining was fresh and tasty. The breakfast buffet at Hawker Hawker was excellent. I would definitely come back. The mall in studio city was decent, with several options. A short walk to the Parisian and the Londoner.
