I booked with high price from traveloka, and after booked successfully, the price was discount 880.000–> 550.000vnđ after that, it made me feel not happy The room I booked call superior city view, but dont have view; dont have tooth brush, comb, fridge, wadrobe… in room

An unpleasant odor disturbs health beside the building leading to the elevator to the hotel, like a trash can...over all perfect for the room, good employee service, location near PSR Seni LRT station, places to eat, souvenirs, right in front of Petaling Street and close to the Central Market art market, Jamek Mosque, Merdeka Square which can be reached one way on foot and also close to Little India..

Please be careful with the tax. At first the receptionist wanted to charge 20 Ringgit per night. When we reconfirmed. He was confused. The advantage is the strategic location and easy to find food. The rest is ordinary.

Friendly staff, clean room, there is a dispenser in each hallway so you can fill up with water as much as you want, close access to MRT, if you want to go to Petaling, just cross the street. Next, I will stay here again because it is close to everywhere.

The price is much cheaper compared to the strategic location of the hotel. The room was clean, comfy, the air conditioner was OK, and it could reach to most every spot of the Kuala Lumpur tourist attractions. Very recommended to stay in here while having a holiday in Kuala Lumpur.

So terrible staff , due to the flight delayed, we arrived 04:00 am after midnight, and fast checked out before 11:45 am , only sleep around 4 hours. After checked out 30 minutes leaving hotel , We got text messages, telling we had broken the room window and asked for money reimburse to fix the window. Frankly speaking, all of us so tired, how can we break the window? We revisited the hotel on 1:30 pm and meet the person on front desk We told them how many hotels customer had been fooled and intimidated asking for money reimbursement. We tried to call police at that time as we got mad, my wife refrained me to do so. The conclusion, don’t ever book this garbage hotel.
