I always feel satisfied no matter where I stay at Ascott, and Ascott KL Sentral is no exception. Access to the train station is very easy, there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the station and back, the mall is nearby, there are many restaurants nearby, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are complete, and the service is excellent🙏

I am very pleased with the hospitality and service provided during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect resting atmosphere. In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism (Malaysia), the Tourism Tax Act 2017 will take into effect beginning 1 September 2017. An additional levy of MYR 10 nett per room per night will be chargeable to all foreign tourists. Total tax chargeable will be collected upon check-out. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, higher floor are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with hotel directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds or baby crib in the rooms. With effect from 15th January 2019, Somerset Kuala Lumpur will impose a MYR10.00 charges per entry for cars parked at level B1, B2, B3, L1, L2, L3 in the building.

Please be informed that the swimming pool at Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur will be temporarily closed for rectification works from Monday, 03rd November 2025 until Sunday, 16th November 2025. Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. The only thing I would like to comment on is their breakfast. It could do better, from food varieties, atmosphere and location. I’ve been to other Ascott buffets and this one was literally a joke.

Room are spacious. Cooker, Microwave, Capsule coffee machine worked well. Cleaner lady Ramlah, counter staffs, Drivers, concierge are friendly & Helpful. Self laundry washer & Dryer cost Myr 10.60 each. The breakfast need to improve with more Ham, Bacon, Salted eggs, pickles for porridge. 5 mins walking distance to NU Sentral. Btw will choose Ascott . Excellent 👌👍.
