The hotel staff is friendly, you can check in early, the room is comfortable, the AC is cool, there's Wi-Fi, and the bathroom is clean. The strategic location is very close to the Masjid Jamek MRT station, the mosque, and there are many eateries. This is my third stay at the Big M Hotel.

Stayed for one night here and had a very pleasant stay! The staff was friendly, worth the price, room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small but still enough, bathroom too was clean and hot shower worked perfectly. Plus point was definitely the hairdryer 😁 and the view of Kuala Lumpur tower. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is my third time in a year staying here. The room is okay, the staff service is also okay and the location is still the best. Close to the Jamek Mosque LRT, can walk to Central Market, minimarkets are close, surrounded by places to eat (McD, KFC, Nasi kandar kl express, Zus Coffee, and many others). Highly recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly, there is a hair dryer, TV but not yet a smart TV, the room is cleaned every day, given new towels and mineral water. Unfortunately, the AC in room 111 is facing the bed so the AC wind hits my face 😂. Strategic location, very close to the Jamek Mosque LRT, next to McD, in front of it there is KFC, there is also Sevel. If you want to walk a little further, you can go to Hanifah and Mydin. There is a tourist tax for those who stay at 10RM per night, no deposit.

Close to the LRT, there are many interesting spots to visit nearby. It's a great place to stop. Oh yeah, is there a MYR 10 tax for foreign tourists? I forget. There's an additional tax for foreign tourists, so don't forget to bring cash.

I really love staying at this hotel. Super good deal for a hotel with easy public transportation! Only a few walk to Masjid Jamek station and you can go everywhere. The room is clean even though not that big. The thing I appreciate is that the staff quickly changed my room on the 2nd night when the aircon didn’t work. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay at this hotel if I ever visit KL again 😊

Love its location, just outside the train station, within 10-15mins walk to many attractions! Room is spacious enough and it's clean. Toothbrush, shower cap, towel and water (with dispenser available) are provided. The only downside is the lack of fridge in the room.

I ordered no windows, the room is a bit small but enough for 1 or 2 people.. the room is clean and cleaned every day, the towels are also clean. the staff is quite friendly.. the location is very close to the Jameek Mosque LRT so it's easy to go anywhere.. there are also many Indian restaurants around, and there is a delicious mamak restaurant next to Dental Senyum...
