I had a wonderful stay at De King Hotel KLCC. The location is excellent—just steps away from the city center and very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth. My Superior Twin Room was clean, comfortable, spacious enough for a crib, and quiet, which made naps easier. The hotel facilities were family-friendly, and the baby crib was free of charge. Overall, it felt safe and welcoming for families with young children, and we would recommend it to parents looking for a baby-friendly stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

The hotel is located close to the Petronas Twin Towers, one of Kuala Lumpur's iconic landmarks. Food Since I didn't book a package with breakfast, I explored other dining options in and around the hotel. The menu at the hotel and around the KLCC area is varied, including local Malaysian and international dishes. Staff Assistance The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highlights What made the stay special was its strategic location near the Petronas Twin Towers and the hotel's adequate facilities. The beautiful view from the hotel added to the comfort of the stay. Price The value for money was quite good, considering the hotel's strategic location and the facilities offered. Location The hotel is strategically located, close to the Petronas Twin Towers (550m), KLCC Station (200m), and various other attractions such as Aquaria KLCC and KLCC Park. When I go to KL, I often stay at The King. It's strategically located near the Twin Towers, the mosque, the LRT station, and restaurants. There's a durian vendor right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very close to Suria KLCC Mall and Avenue K. In front of the hotel, there is a durian restaurant and Pak Haji's food stall with a variety of delicious dishes at reasonable prices. There is also a 7-Eleven next to the hotel lobby. The hotel area is close to the LRT station, making it easily accessible by public transportation.

Overall, everything was good; however, soundproofing needs to be considered. During my stay, the noise level was quite disruptive. From noon onwards, guests in the neighboring room were laughing and being very loud. Early in the morning, from around 5:00 a.m. until I left for the office at 8:00 a.m., there were also guests repeatedly knocking on the room next to mine to wake the occupants (possibly friends or children), which caused significant noise.

Every time I go to KL, I always stay here because of its strategic location. In front of the lobby is a Sevel minimarket and a durian shop. To the right of the hotel is Avenue K Shopping Mall, and a short walk to Petronas. It's only a 7-minute walk to Suria KLCC. The staff is also friendly. The only downside is that the hotel building is a bit old and needs some renovation, as the location is already great.
