Staff ok. Room ok.. very spacious.. only the bathroom has cold hot water which is a problem.. hot water is not hot enough to use haha.. last time I used manual.. I used hot water to use bidet in the toilet and sprayed it again..mix hot and cold water 🤣

Not sure if its a 2 or 3 star hotel but we were happy with the room which is clean and comfortable and fast and friendly service too. We didnt expect a wide variety of breakfast buffet of course but you could make whatever food thats being served more tasty and presentable.. also the least you can do is provide mini packed butter for the bread.. kind of basic dont you think? Otherwise, we were ok with goodhope✌️

This is a place that has good food just nearby. And this is not a place that has many malls, that is also to remind you that this is not Kuala Lumpur, but it's a good venue away from the main in JB. I had a good rest and have more places to explore when I come back here again.

Stayed at superior king room. No laundry bag given, sockets were somehow interlinked with light switches so if you turn off light switch you will lose sokcet functioning as well. Not sure if such concept apply to other rooms.
