Booking 1 room for 3 people turns out the facilities only have 1 queen size bed. Hotels should set ideal room standards, not just promotional prices, because when people travel, of course they need an adequate place to rest. Btw the hotel front desk serves well.

I don't care if the room is small or what. But the cleanliness is the main concern. Saw 2 different size of cockroaches. Furthermore, the room is dirty and dusty. The telephone can't be used and full of dust.

Dirty, no hot water, no parking lot, smelly and musky room probably due to smoking, towels looked clean but when you flap it, you see dust/fiber in the air. The only positive thing is the security guard who was manning the reception when we check in around 11pm. Helpful is friendly and helpful.

The service was bad, the date night shift was like a zombie watching over the counter, the face was not smiling. The hotel was very amicable while many other beautiful and nice hotels were nearby, the room was empty.

Bad service !, room booked family room size 22.0 m2 (2 queen beds) but only 18.0 m2 (1 queen bed, 1 single bed, 1 folding bed) not a city view but a back facing view of the building and garbage cans they promise tomorrow afternoon can change rooms but when we request tomorrow the word receptionist can not wait. 3 stars hotel, but kind of budget hotel. Floor bathroom is still slippery and not really clean, no hot water. First and last stay here.
