The receptionist was nice and friendly. There’s a self-service laundry at the bottom floor. Despite being a 3 star hotel it is one of the cheapest hotels, since it is located next to LRT Pasar Seni and Central Market. The location is very strategic for tourists who want accessibility to public transportation. I think I might stay there again when I travel to Malaysia again.

Easy Hotel Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Really good budget hotel. Room, bed, bathroom were clean. Check in and out process were quick and easy. Staff welcoming, we were given a drink at check in. The location is super convenient, literally right in front of a monorail station, and only a 7 minute walk through a mall to KL Sentral. Also only a 20 minute walk to the botanical garden and national museum, by cutting through this mall, exit KL Sentral on the other side, through another hotel's parking lot and crossing the motorway (accessible by foot, there's a pedestrian way). Would stay here again.

NU Hotel @ KL Sentral

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

My Hotel @ Sentral

Excellent location, decent hotel for the price. We were out most of the day, so we just needed clean beds to sleep and a bathroom which works. This hotel was great on both counts. Will definitely come back again.

I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places. Nice place, nice bedroom. Perfect location next to KL Sentral, making it super convenient for travel. Spacious and modern rooms, comfy bed, and a beautiful rooftop pool. Friendly staff and smooth check-in. Highly recommended!
