View from the room and pool is stunning — you can clearly see KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers, even their reflections in the water.
Spacious and clean bathroom.
Direct access to Sunway Putra Mall is very convenient.
– Room feels empty despite its size, only a single chair set instead of a sofa.
– Wardrobe sliding doors were dusty and hard to open.
– Breakfast service was disappointing. Staff lacked initiative — when I asked for help with coffee, they just pointed to the machine.
– Overall service feels far from what you’d expect at this hotel’s price point.
A visually appealing stay, but the service and attention to detail really need improvement.

However, on the second day, I noticed a small cockroach at the tip of the coffee maker.
