I had a great experience during my short trip to KL. The locations are quite strategic near Chinatown and Bukit Bintang (only a few minutes to walk). The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room are clean. I arrived earlier and they allowed me to check in earlier. No deposit and only pay RM 10 for tourist tax. They show the direction of qibla and prepare a prayer mat inside of the room.

The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

The location of the hotel with the Kerinchi LRT Station just right beside it made it very convenient to travel to any area in the Klang Valley. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I think this hotel is a suitable hotel at an average price for a business trip. It is very near the Nu Sentral Shopping mall, which is very convenient for me while I do not have so much free time to go to the further shopping center places. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a very good experience here.

Hotel Westree KL Sentral
Stayed in a twin room for 3 nights. The staff were nice. They allowed me to check in early. Room was spacious enough, toilet was clean. They have free water refill in the lobby and even allowed luggage storage after check out. Will definitely stay again!
