The room was a bit worn out, but the space and ample natural light completely make up for it! The hotel is located in the middle of Chinatown, though I could not hear the noise from the streets. The staff is wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and always smiling! This is the third hotel I tried in this area and fifth I tried in all of KL, and it's my favourite! I will definitely come again!

I have two booking codes. 1 connecting family room and 1 twin deluxe room, at first he gave me two room cards as if there were actually two rooms but suddenly I realized that this didn't match my order, I should have gotten 1 more room which was a twin deluxe and it was true. When I complained he just gave me another room.
