The hotel is comfortable but a bit far from Bukit Bintang, so it's expensive, don't use Grab, but the service is good, you can leave your luggage, many tourists stay here, the food in the restaurant has a lot of variations but the taste is a bit lacking but the restaurant staff is responsive if you request this and that. There is a tax of RM 10 and there is a deposit

Many menu variants for bfast. Hotel design is good, but poor maintenance. Many space for Parking - Refrigerator is broken, call maintenance and they will replace it with a refrigerator that can work. - The pillow case smells bad, call Housekeeping, they change 1 set once and change the bed cover.
