room was spacious as was the bathroom mand the shower was excellent

Excellent hotel, although they didn’t have an extra bed for our family, we enjoyed the stay. Staff were helpful. Location is great for shops and restaurants.

Room spotless, staff very nice and helpful. Only challenge was getting my car in and out of the parking, but the parking was complimentary so all good.

Room was very nice and the hotel is good but the wall between the rooms and especially the dividing door means every noise from another room is incredibly loud and my experience was not good as I had some very loud people next too me. When I was asked how the room was I said I had checked out early due to noise and the person on reception who asked me just replied “perfect” which showed the were not listening.

First room had a faul smell. Second room that was offered had broken fridge and coffee machine.

Great room lovely location. Be careful as to which room you are booking. We thought we were booking a room with large balcony but weren’t - pics were a little misleading. The pool is so cold you literally cannot get in it which was disappointing. Didn’t

It was a short and very good stay at Mercury ! the staff were professional and polite. Spark clean hotel ! Highly recommended !!!

Our stay was a like a roller coaster. Overall, I do not recommend to stay at this hotel. We booked the most expensive/high-class room and upon check in it was dirty and disgusting. The shower was dirty and shower head crumbling apart from rust, bed sheets and towels were all dirty, room was dusty and has chunks of hair with dust hanging above the side of bed. Even though the issue was resolved upon complaint, it happened 2 more times. + the breakfast area is nasty, plates are all greasy, crumb are everywhere on the seats/floor/table, no proper cleaning done. Hotel has offered free ride and drink compensation, which is not enough to cover over all experience at the hotel. I wish we selected different place. The last to mention, i asked for partial refund, which managed said that will talk with reservation team as booked with Expedia and then ghosted me via whatsapp/email and then told Expedia that no refund will be given. Not a guest experience I would like to have on my celebration (we stayed 7 days)

Our room was rather big as was the bathroom, with a balcony with chairs and table. The room itself was very clean, everything was changed everyday. The shower was huge however we would have liked bigger towels( replaced daily) and a magnifying glass. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of maltese pastries and dishes and more.

Nice location off the main street - very walkable area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A big thank you to the wonderful staff at this hotel. So warm and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was nice and the location is a minute or two from numerous restaurants/bars.

Good locale, a lot of nearby POIs for food and drink. Will book here again. One little nitpick is the shower head lacked pressure but it is common around Malta.

Staff were lovely and helped us with everything we needed. Stayed here for a birthday and got treated.

Had problems with the A/C when I arrived and it took a day to work it out.

This hotel is very clean and spacious, friendly staffs, nice view from the rooftop with a little pool to relax and a bar, it’s close to everything.

We got two single beds instead of a double/queen also put in the worst room in the hotel window didn’t close at all

Staff are very friendly and professionals. Facility is very clean.
