Aca Suites Ixtapa

If I had known my son was going to wake up with bed bug bites on his arms, legs and neck… I would had never have booked a room here. And it made it worse when I got a phone call from the management andI was told it was probably ants. I took pictures of those nasty bugs as well as my son’s bites. It was disgusting. The cleaning lady Gladys was absolutely a beautiful person but I learned that next time I get to a hotel. I myself going to inspect the room. I will never rely on the property management ever again.

Muy buen servicio

The hotel was very nice so was the room. The service on the other hand was awful. The woman in charge of the suites was rude and disrespectful. Our first night we call to let her know the wifi password was incorrect, the stove didnt work and the fridge wasn't working. She said the stove is the way it is and we couldn't have to much food in the fridge or it wouldn't cool. When we called to let her know we were missing a pillow on the bed she basically accused my husband for being a liar also when they cleaned the room they didnt replace the comfortes and she said well there being washed and we dont have extra, and we never received a working wifi password.

To start when I got to the hotel the porter told me to call the number on my hotel.com reservation. I called this number and the guy that answered the phone tried giving me a different number to call while I was getting a pen to write down the number he wanted my reservation number then went in to tell me that I didn't have a reservation and hung up. After another phone call to this same number the security guard talked to him and then told me to go wait in the lobby and some one would come talk to me. Not sure what happen but there was a lady that did come talk to me and got me checked in to my room. Everything else went pretty well except for ants in the room and showers never really had hot water warm at best.

This place was beautiful, inside and out. It took a while to figure our how to access our rental within the Tesoro Hotel, but after that glitch everything was perfect. We had difficulty accessing the internet and it was taken care of promptly. Cannot say enough good things about this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

Too much cucarachas and the staff in the pool area was so unfriendly I don’t go back there never ever 😡

It took 2 hours to actually find anyone who was working for this hotel. They had no record of my reservation.

Suite was dilapidated. Lots of use showed, several lights did not work, doors did not close.

I had made reservations through Hotels.com for 2 seperate rooms as we were meeting another couple from Seattle. Our friends were snowed in but managed to make it to the airport in Seattle only to find that their flight was cancelled due to snow.They ended up cancelling their vacation!. This of course meant that we lost 7 days rent due to the no late cancellation policy (hotels.com). Aca Duites was VERY helpfull in rapidly finding a replacement tenent and along with the condo owner, refunded a large share of the costs. Apparently Aca Suites is a management company that handles various condos for their owners..Excellent service and big thanks to Marco Antonio at Aca!!

El departamento es muy agradable y cómodo. Lo que no me gustó es que no tiene gym y que la cocina de la suite 503 solo le sirve una de las parrillas por lo que tardas en preparar los alimentos. En cuestión de limpieza de la playa, hubo una boda el día anterior y la verdad dejaron muy sucio, creo que eso es algo en lo que deberían poner atención sobre todo ya que es una playa en donde desovan las tortugas. Y como último punto, tener en cuenta que muchas personas van a descansar y afuera de la habitación el último día no pudimos descansar bien ya que unos huéspedes estaban haciendo mucho ruido, sin mencionar el escandalo de sus eventos, deberían iniciar ese tipo de actividades más temprano o bien terminarlas a una hora adecuada y cuidar el volumen, se escuchaba hasta el mercadito unas cuadras más adelante.

Villa comoda, con todos los servicios, buena limpieza, espacio amplio, buena atención del personal, estacionamiento en tu villa y todo lo necesario para cocinar, a unos pasos de la alberca y la playa.

En jeneral muy bien todo la limpieza y el servicio pero creo que podrían renovar los muebles y mas que nada las camas el colchón moy duro

El establecimiento está bien. NO ME GUSTÓ que al llegar el día del check in me dijeran en mostrador que NO TENIA RESERVACIÓN por que había sido cancelada por falta de pago. Al investigar con el banco resultó que habían hecho el cobro y después la empresa hizo la devolución y cancelaron la reservación, de lo cual no fuimos avisados. Debo aclarar que sólo nos llegó la confirmación de reservación y nunca la de cancelación por falta de pago. Para suerte nuestra se desocupo un departamento y nos lo ofrecieron, siendo éste de mayor tamaño.

Las actividades que hacen por las noches y en generar es un muy buen servicio

El establecimiento estuvo bien, pero la bienvenida fue más que desagradable. Primero hay que decir que es casi imposible encontrar Aca Suites, porque no hay un hotel con este nombre, se encuentra dento de un hotel llamado Tesoro. Además ni la persona de seguridad de la entrada sabia que Aca Suites estaba situada dento de ese hotel, muy mal. Una vez que logramos verificar que si era el hotel Tesoro (porque el portero nos mando por otro lado), llegamos a recepcion donde otra vez no nos querian atender. Nos decian que debiamos de contactar una persona de Aca Suites, que desagradable. Luego llego otra persona que era amable y a lo menos contactaron alguien de Aca Suites. Llegando la encargada, no pudo encontrar nuestra reservacion (yo tenia un correo de CONFIRMACION ya pagado con tarjeta con toda la informacion de expedia.mx). Ni nos atendian nada bien, era una experiencia sumamente desagradable, llegando al hotel y queriendo disfrutar de unas vacaciones y luego nadie nos queria atender y cuando nos atendieron finalmente nos querian dar una habitacion inferior a lo que habiamos reservado y pagado. En total perdimos aprox. 2 horas para poder ingresar a nuestra habitacion y perdimos con ellos medio dia de vacaciones. En final nos dieron un departamento superior a lo que reservamos, pero en ningun momento nadie se disculpo o nos queria atender bien. El resto de la estancia estuvo muy agradable y el depto. estuvo muy bien.

Que pidan depósito para las toallas.Por lo demás, todo muy bien
