The elevator didn’t work all the time of my stay, and my room was on 4th floor

Elevator was not working for the entirety of my stay. Room was small and had no views. Room was not described during the process.

The room was extremely clean and neat. Check in accesible and parking was covered right in the corner of building. I will definable stay there again.

If I were to give a rating, I would give it a perfect 10. I liked both the style and size of the hotel room, and above all, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The internet speed was also satisfactory. While there are a few areas that could be improved, I was highly satisfied with my 7-day stay at this hotel. I have high hopes that if the room floor cleaning and shower pressure could just be improved a little, this would become the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff~!

Check in is super late 4am and 3 days out of 5, the elevator does not work and we are on the 5th floor

Beautiful property. Well located. The check in is a bit late compared to usual other hotels check in time. Despite cleaning service is announced to be done every day, 2 out of 4 days it wasn’t done. Also coffee and bottled water was only available the first day. However, it is highly recommended.

Kitchen was super tiny and barely equipped, average overall. Locations wasn't that bad.

Amazing stay. Place is even better in person.

Great location, clean room, easy access

The good: The place is in a great location. The rooms look nice and they are super clean. The rooftop Is nice. The person that I reached out on what's app was pleasant to talk to. The bed was very comfortable! The not so good. Parking is free as it's mentioned in the listing but the parking lot is not on the property. It's in a paid parking lot at the end of the street and the parking lot is chaos. The security lady working at the door is rude and gets annoyed when you ask normal questions such as instructions to parking and giving basic information such as room number. (Told me I should know it in advance when I just got to the property) She has no customer service skills at all. The guy security is a bit nicer although I didn't have much interactions with him but he sounded polite in general. The only issue is that he was watching videos on his phone with the volume up making the entrance/lobby a very distracting place. Again they need to train their staff for basic customer service. There is zero soundproof. I could hear the music and the conversations of the people 3 rooms away from me. The hot water is good but the water pressure is low.

The rooms are Very clean. The entire building has an excellent scent. Staff is very welcoming, and friendly. The stay was great.

Easy to chk in, spacious one bedroom unit with kitchenette.

Although had issue with Accessing Room, the Stay was pleasant; Staff was helpful. Room is very nice and Spacious.
