We stayed just one night. I had much more expecation. The room was old and less comfortable. The service and checking was not comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was fine.

They put me in a terrible room because I booked on Expedia. I asked for change and they took one hour to proceed. Also I had to shorten my stay due a customer request. I had originallly a 3 nights reservation and they refuse to reimburse me for one night . I will never return in that place. The service at the Lobby is terrible . In two days I was there I asked to meet a manager and they never showed up .

Very clean nice hotel..unfortunately in an industrial area away from much of anything. Misleading as to airpot transfer, they do not provide one to mexico city airpot as a matter of fact not even to the localvairport as their transport seems to aways be in the shop...rooms are very clean and nice beds, no in room refrigerator , very bland...on ascale of 1 to ten i would rate it a 6. Food was good not great always served luke warm had to send back every time. Bar was beautiful but didnt have many selections....i would not return mostly due to location....

Los espacios son muy amplios e iluminados. La habitación es cómoda. El hotel es bonito. La alberca a pesar de que se suponía que era climatizada, estaba muy fría, imposible entrar. Llamamos a recepción, fueron a ajustarla pero esperamos mas de una hora y nunca se calentó. me gustaría que hubiese minibar en la habitación, o al menos un refrigerador.
