Hotel and pools were very dirty

Cuarto muy limpio y comodl, instalaciones bonitas como la pisicina y el acceso a la playa, el desayuno buffet bastante bueno. El unico inconveniente fue la falta de aire acondicionado en el restaurante Cua, aunque tenian ventiladores para enfriar y la mala atencion durante la noche para pedir una cerveza en uno de los bares, nunca nos atendieron y nos fuimos del lugar mejor. Nosotros no tomamos el all inclusive, solo desayuno pero igual pagamos el consumo adicional.

Nice view clean beach good stay

This was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences I’ve had. I booked a swim-up room, which is one of the more expensive room categories, expecting some privacy. Instead, guests constantly walked across my terrace to access the pool, used my lounge chairs and tanning beds, and even left their towels and personal belongings on my patio. There was absolutely no sense of privacy or exclusivity. The staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. On top of that, I found myself being asked to pay extra for things that I expected to be included at an all-inclusive resort. It really makes you wonder what the “all-inclusive” label actually covers. Housekeeping was also extremely disruptive. They repeatedly knocked on the door very loudly early in the day. Even after I responded and told them I was coming to the door, they continued knocking even harder, showing no consideration for guests who might still be sleeping. The food was another major disappointment. The buffet lacked quality and variety, and the à la carte restaurants were no better. To make matters worse, reservations must be made through the OpenTable app, and availability was consistently booked up at least two days in advance, making it difficult to dine there at all. Overall, I would not recommend this resort. Between the lack of privacy, poor service, disappointing food, and frustrating reservation system, the experience fell far short of what I expected for the price.

The hotel was very well-maintained, the amenities were up-to-date, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and service were excellent. However, the vegetarian options for lunch and dinner within the resort were minimal.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food could be better. Room service quality was 10x better than the buffet. For price I would book again. Our kids enjoyed themselves.

The hotel is definitely not a 4-star property—at best, I would rate it 3 stars. The rooms are full of mold, and there was a sensor on the ceiling flashing all night, making it difficult to sleep. This is the first all-inclusive hotel I've stayed at that does not keep the minibar stocked with water and soft drinks. If you request beverages through room service, you're told you're only allowed one water or one soda per person. The pool area is in very poor condition. The tiles around the pool are broken and deteriorating to the point that the pool cannot even be filled to its proper level. The kids' pool is dirty, has broken floor tiles, and the slide looks like it has never been properly cleaned. It even has missing screws, with some parts being held together using zip ties, which raises serious safety concerns. The food during the day is decent, but the dinner options are disappointing and of poor quality. The only positive aspect of this hotel is the staff. Every employee we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely tried their best to make our stay better. Unfortunately, management was nowhere to be found. Despite multiple issues, no manager ever came to speak with us. Instead, they repeatedly sent employees to handle situations that clearly required management's attention. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I would not recommend this property—especially to international travelers expecting the quality of a true 4-star.

It was good, especially food room service. My only thing, is that our rooms air conditioning did not work regardless if the balcony doors were closed, and our lockbox was broken as well.

The front desk was terrible, didn’t feel welcomed at all, rude front desk staff! The food was the same every day and if you had a red wrist band which means not all inclusive they treated you as if you were bothering them and weren’t welcome es at all!!! The name in their site should not say “ALL INCLUSIVE” if they are actually not all inclusive! It will be the LAST TIME I would stay there and would not recommend it at all!!!
