Our stay at Emporio Hotel was wonderful. Although our first impression of the check-in area was not the best, everything changed once we started exploring the hotel and all the amenities it had to offer.
The Argentine and Italian restaurants were the highlights of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious. The buffet was also outstanding, with excellent quality, a wide variety of options, and attentive service. The easy access to the buffet and the many food choices available made every meal enjoyable.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

El Hotel Emporio fue una experiencia maravillosa. Aunque la primera impresión del área de check-in no fue la mejor, todo cambió una vez que comenzamos a explorar las instalaciones y los servicios que ofrece el hotel.
Los restaurantes argentino e italiano fueron, sin duda, de lo mejor. La comida estuvo exquisita en todo momento. El buffet también superó nuestras expectativas, tanto por la calidad y variedad de los alimentos como por la excelente atención del personal. Muy mala experiencia en el hotel producto a varios factores.
1- El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en ningún restaurante.
2- Tuvimos que cambiar tres veces de habitación porque el aire no funcionaba.
3- Muchas escaleras y muy pocos ascensores.
4-Liqueo en el techo de una de las habitación
5- La infrastructura del hotel no es cómoda para los precios
6- La comida no del todo vien y para reservar en los restaurantes muy complicado por la capacidad.

Property looks older in person compared to the photos. Pools look old and fairly clean. One pool was drained. Food was not great and expensive. The big thatched roof restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. We didn’t do the all inclusive cause we don’t consume much alcohol if any. But the rooms look like they may have been updated and A/C was good. No complaints on the room itself.

My husband and I traveled for his birthday. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome from one of the guys at the front desk (who wore glasses, was young, and spoke clear English). Dishonest . However, the workers treated us very badly if we weren't leaving a big tip; they didn't want to serve us. If we weren't wearing an all-inclusive band, they didn't want to look at us. They were very dishonest because we didn't understand Spanish or their money value; they would tell us wrong prices until we started using a translator on our phones. Otherwise, the property is beautiful. For the reason we will never come back to Mexico.

I had a very bad stay here , the whole hotel and the pool are under construction. My room had a lot of ants and little flies . Even though my room door was left shut . The workers are very un helpful ESPECIALLY the worker named CESIR he was very rude, when I was trying to reclaim an item I had that was stolen at the pool area . I even have video footage recording the whole encounter and how rude he was. I do not suggest this hotel to any one . And the whole place has just stairs very minimal and accessible elevators .
room service was the only good and consistent thing.

Start from the reservation all inclusive and the check in was nothing inclusive
I pay everything there which is all the food and drink there
I called Expedia they said my reservation is front ocean room and all inclusive that’s my price but the hotel said nothing inclusive and it’s not ocean room
I checked in after 3 pm with the people is so rude to me
Never reserve with Expedia any more I pay in this trip more the $2500
And I wasn’t happy at all

It’s an older resort that is a perfect affordable option for families and anyone on a budget. The staff is friendly and the ocean is beautiful. My only complaint is the place can stay a little messy (we saw the same plate of dishes on the floor for 24 hours) but it doesn’t matter tbh. Just eat ceviche and enjoy the pool.

El vuelo en Airomexico estuvo increíble, pero el hotel estaba muy descuidado tenía varias remodelaciones y eso hacía que se viera con un mala presentación. Vimos cucharachas en el restaurante y moscas, no servían el aire acondicionado ni los elevadores… la comida estaba muy fea y seca.
La verdad nos llevamos una mala experiencia de este hotel y eso que ya llevamos varios años hospedándonos aquí.
