The food here is high quality, very fresh and lots of choices, the stay here was perfect from service to rooms that is very clean . They extended our checkout as complimentary since our flight was delayed. The reception manager was very accommodating . The best was the Christmas party they held it was unbelievable from the show to the abundance of food!!!! above our expectations . Will definitely come back !! Thank you for your hard work amigos 💜💜💜

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Everything was so clean and beautiful. Most of the resort restaurants order from the same kitchen which is interesting. But menu choices are slightly different. This resort is close to many options for shopping, restaurants, activities. I would definitely stay here again

Our rooms were ideally located close to the beach. The first room assigned to us, M104, had a sewer smell, so we were moved to a different room, which was a downgrade but did not have any smell. We loved the location. The staff were very helpful. Ernesto at the front desk has excellent interpersonal skills and was very accommodating each time we approached him. The hotel should consider separating vegetarian from non-vegetarian options. We had to significantly restrict our meals due to cross-contamination of meats, seafood, and vegetarian foods. If you follow Halal, Kosher, or vegetarian diets, your options with the all-inclusive package at this resort will be quite limited. Rice is prepared with chicken broth. Beans contain pork. If you have dietary restrictions, consider carefully before purchasing the all-inclusive package.

Pools were cold, hot tub was cold. Property was also under construction which was not advertised. Rooms were pretty dated, mold around shower doors, found hair in shower and bathtub when we checked in. They also DO NOT stock your mini fridge. You get 4 bottles of water per day and that’s it. No snacks or drinks. Property itself is smaller and easy to navigate. Just a lot of stairs! Elevators were super slow so it was faster to take stairs. Buffets were pretty good, a lot of options, food was warm and fresh. No nightly shows or entertainment. Pretty quite. We found the buffets to actually be better than the 2 restaurants. Best part of this resort….the beach! Excellent beach, clean. Hard to get a drink tho. We had to walk to the bar the get drinks.

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing stay despite a great location. Customer service was inconsistent, hygiene at the buffet was questionable, and the resort is not kid-friendly at all. There were no real children’s activities, and construction was happening near the kids area. The beach lifeguard was aggressive and yelled at me while I was standing next to my child instead of calmly explaining safety. Food allergy awareness was poor, with cross-contamination and no milk alternatives. After a seven-night all-inclusive stay, we were still asked to pay for a simple snack for our child after checkout, which summed up the overall experience. The only positives were the Fasano restaurant and the yoga instructor, who were both excellent. We would not stay here again.

Yes, everything went good. Except for my shuttle back to the airport they forgot to pick me up. They say I was a late show, but I was there a half hour before and I got charged for it. Not very happy about that. I hope I can get some kind of refund.

Booked an ocean view room but instead received a view of construction. Of course that came with noise. This is something that guests should be made aware of ahead of time. Property was unwilling to accommodate me in anyway. I would not recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The beach area and property are absolutely beautiful, providing stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Even though one pool was under renovation and there was some ongoing construction, it didn’t affect our overall experience. The food was delicious, with a variety of new options available daily, which kept our meals interesting and enjoyable. We also did quite a bit of walking, which I personally enjoyed, though I realize it may not be for everyone. What stood out most was the positive vibe and accepting attitude that everyone had. It’s a place to relax, have fun, and make new friends — life's too short to nitpick over every little detail. If you're looking for a resort with a great ambiance, friendly people, and a laid-back feel, I definitely recommend this place. We left with great memories and a renewed sense of enjoyment.

We were doubled charged for our stay thru online and in person. We inquiry about this the last 4 days and finally got our refund 2 days after we left. The rooms had roaches and stayed on the floor for 2 days even after the maid came and cleaned. Our air conditioner went out after the 2nd night and had to get another room. The bathrooms especially showers had mold. There blinking red light by the end and bathroom that are motion detected which raised a red flag. The blinking light only came on when you moved. You have no control of the ac and certain temp. Gets cold at night but you can’t adjust the temp at all. Highly do not recommend especially with the blinking light.

Our rooms were ideally located close to the beach. The first room assigned to us, M104, had a sewer smell, so we were moved to a different room, which was a downgrade but did not have any smell. We loved the location. The staff were very helpful. Ernesto at the front desk has excellent interpersonal skills and was very accommodating each time we approached him. The hotel should consider separating vegetarian from non-vegetarian options. We had to significantly restrict our meals due to cross-contamination of meats, seafood, and vegetarian foods. If you follow Halal, Kosher, or vegetarian diets, your options with the all-inclusive package at this resort will be quite limited. Rice is prepared with chicken broth. Beans contain pork. If you have dietary restrictions, consider carefully before purchasing the all-inclusive package.

The food here is high quality, very fresh and lots of choices, the stay here was perfect from service to rooms that is very clean . They extended our checkout as complimentary since our flight was delayed. The reception manager was very accommodating . The best was the Christmas party they held it was unbelievable from the show to the abundance of food!!!! above our expectations . Will definitely come back !! Thank you for your hard work amigos 💜💜💜

Pools were cold, hot tub was cold. Property was also under construction which was not advertised. Rooms were pretty dated, mold around shower doors, found hair in shower and bathtub when we checked in. They also DO NOT stock your mini fridge. You get 4 bottles of water per day and that’s it. No snacks or drinks. Property itself is smaller and easy to navigate. Just a lot of stairs! Elevators were super slow so it was faster to take stairs. Buffets were pretty good, a lot of options, food was warm and fresh. No nightly shows or entertainment. Pretty quite. We found the buffets to actually be better than the 2 restaurants. Best part of this resort….the beach! Excellent beach, clean. Hard to get a drink tho. We had to walk to the bar the get drinks.

⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing stay despite a great location. Customer service was inconsistent, hygiene at the buffet was questionable, and the resort is not kid-friendly at all. There were no real children’s activities, and construction was happening near the kids area. The beach lifeguard was aggressive and yelled at me while I was standing next to my child instead of calmly explaining safety. Food allergy awareness was poor, with cross-contamination and no milk alternatives. After a seven-night all-inclusive stay, we were still asked to pay for a simple snack for our child after checkout, which summed up the overall experience. The only positives were the Fasano restaurant and the yoga instructor, who were both excellent. We would not stay here again.

Yes, everything went good. Except for my shuttle back to the airport they forgot to pick me up. They say I was a late show, but I was there a half hour before and I got charged for it. Not very happy about that. I hope I can get some kind of refund.

Booked an ocean view room but instead received a view of construction. Of course that came with noise. This is something that guests should be made aware of ahead of time. Property was unwilling to accommodate me in anyway. I would not recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The beach area and property are absolutely beautiful, providing stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Even though one pool was under renovation and there was some ongoing construction, it didn’t affect our overall experience. The food was delicious, with a variety of new options available daily, which kept our meals interesting and enjoyable. We also did quite a bit of walking, which I personally enjoyed, though I realize it may not be for everyone. What stood out most was the positive vibe and accepting attitude that everyone had. It’s a place to relax, have fun, and make new friends — life's too short to nitpick over every little detail. If you're looking for a resort with a great ambiance, friendly people, and a laid-back feel, I definitely recommend this place. We left with great memories and a renewed sense of enjoyment.
