Review for Grand Oasis Akumal/Tulum & Miramar Restaurant My experience at the Grand Oasis Tulum was outstanding from beginning to end. The location is absolutely spectacular—set between lush jungle and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, offering a peaceful, visually stunning environment that immediately invites relaxation. The resort is beautifully maintained, and the accommodations are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed to complement the natural surroundings. A special highlight was Miramar Restaurant, where the service truly elevated the experience. Bella was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her professionalism and kindness made every meal feel personal and memorable. The food, atmosphere, and service together created an experience that was both relaxing and refined. On the beach, Marcelo stood out for his outstanding service. Whether assisting with seating, drinks, or simply ensuring guests were comfortable, his attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the beach experience effortless and enjoyable. GRAND OASIS… honest review here it goes grand oasis is a really nice all inclusive hotel decent food options even for picky eaters this is a good spot to go everything is decently sized not to far not to close and a bunch of pools so no one bothers you it’s like your in your own little oasis for real. Great hotel can’t wait to see what the remodeling is gonna look like bonus also got to see a bunch of friendly little critters roaming around… first time seeing a coati. Don’t leave your room balcony open… lol

We had a wonderful experience (April 2025). The grounds are beautiful, lots of pool options, the beach is beautiful. Everything is close, so you are not walking forever to get everywhere. The kids club is amazing, my children loved all the activities and the girls who ran it. There was lots of options in the buffet evey night and nice restaurants to choose from. It wasnt busy this time of year so we didnt have to wait for anything and got our spots on the beach easily. Fyi: if you book through expedia watch if the transportation from airport to resort is included, ours wasnt, we just assumed it was, so that was very unpleasant surprise. Otherwise, i highly recommend the resort

Good, quiet and affordable resort for families. Not the biggest or the fanciest but ample food and rec options. Like the proximity to the beach. Staff and service reaction time was great. Centrally located between Tulum and Playa Del Carmen so excusion activities are plenty and time efficient. Would recommend.
