Habitación muy comoda

El hotel acaba de renovarse pero me ver areas que no le dieron mantenimiento, me tocó una habitación con la caja fuerte sin funcoonar, lozas de piso sueltas en los pasillos, elevador sin funcionar, pocos lugares de camastro en area de playa. El vigilante de la entrada fue despectivo, del personal en general buena onda, mi especial recomendación a las chicas de la cafeteria, muy atentas y sociables, el personal del restaurante el sarape mismo caso y el guarda vidas también muy atento con la gente.

Bonjour, Nous souhaitions vous faire part de notre retour concernant notre séjour dans votre établissement, qui a été, dans l’ensemble, extrêmement décevant. À notre arrivée, nous avons d’abord été dirigés vers une chambre qui ne correspondait absolument pas à celle que nous avions réservée. Ce n’est qu’ensuite que l’erreur a été reconnue et que l’on nous a changé de chambre. Ce premier incident a donné le ton du séjour et a été particulièrement désagréable. Nous tenons toutefois à souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel de la réception, et plus particulièrement de Sandra, qui a été très accueillante, efficace et agréable. Elle a été, de loin, le seul point réellement positif de notre expérience. Concernant les installations, l’hôtel était excessivement froid dans l’ensemble des espaces : parties communes, restaurants et salle avec musique. Cette température inadaptée a rendu les moments de repas et de détente très inconfortables. La restauration proposée était de qualité médiocre et ne correspondait en rien aux standards attendus d’un hôtel tout inclus. En ce qui concerne la chambre, plusieurs éléments nous amènent à penser qu’elle n’avait pas été nettoyée correctement avant notre arrivée. Nous avons déjeuné à la table de la chambre le jour de notre arrivée, et celle-ci est restée sale pendant toute la durée de notre séjour, sans jamais être nettoyée. The staff are great! The bar tender at the pool was amazing!! Food is excellent and lots of variety Really loved that you don't need to make reservations for any of the restaurants. I would go back here!

Si todo muy bien. Solo que me di cuenta que estaba muy revuelo lo del área de adultos y el área familiar. Y aunque no tienes que hacer reserva para los restaurantes igual siempre hay lista de espera. Del resto todo bien.

Nice resort in general, however, ongoing renovation added inconvenience and the resort is fairly small with lack of entertainment for the small kids. Rooms are kept clean but were really dated. Noisy bed, rusty HVAC system, the bathtub all in cracks as well. If you want to have a selection of activities, I would avoid. If you are looking for the quiet and simple resort to relax on the beach - this would be a good choice.

GRAND OASIS… honest review here it goes grand oasis is a really nice all inclusive hotel decent food options even for picky eaters this is a good spot to go everything is decently sized not to far not to close and a bunch of pools so no one bothers you it’s like your in your own little oasis for real. Great hotel can’t wait to see what the remodeling is gonna look like bonus also got to see a bunch of friendly little critters roaming around… first time seeing a coati. Don’t leave your room balcony open… lol

Llegamos al check in y nos dicen que el hotel ya va a cerrrar sus puertas y que tendremos que dejarlo. Nos ofrecieron otro hotel de su misma cadena en Cancún, no nos quedo otra mas que aceptar. En tulum la atencion x todos fue pésima todos te trataban horriblemente mal, hasta la srita del checo in, menos la que nos aviso que tendriamos que dejar el hotel. Me decepcionó totalmente mi compra.

Overall the food wasn’t good. The food was better in the city but taxis were expensive. Taxis would be around $150 round trip. There were no activities or entertainment at the resort. They added extra fees to enjoy the full resort (adult pool and bar). The additional fee was not worth it. Overall the experience was awful. I would not recommend nor will I return.

Llegamos y nos dijeron que el hotel estaba cerrando, como el servicio era todo incluido nos advirtieron que no iba ser bueno el servicio incluso corríamos el riesgo de que las habitaciones no iban a estar limpias, nos enviaron a otro hotel de su cadena en Cancún pero tuvimos que trasladarnos con nuestros propios medios y el hotel de Cancún no pudimos disfrutar de la playa por El Fuerte oleaje y llevaba dos niños pequeños, lamentable el viaje de verdad

La comida es buena, el almuerzo y la cena varían de un día a otro, pero el desayuno no. Hubieron pocas opciones para comer (incluidas en el precio) y un restaurant con costo adicional. Las actividades son pocas y no varían mucho. Recomendado para familias y personas adultas que solamente quieran relajarse, nadar, o sólo alojamiento para conocer otros lugares cercano (dormir y desayunar).

Had a wonderful time. The food was excellent! Loved all the choices. Staff was great and great location. The rooms and property could use some updating. The kids club and staff were wonderful!

La habitación tenía manchas en el baño negras en el piso. La bañera estaba cuarteada, las toallas de manos y faciales eran pocas, los enchufes no tenían suficiente corriente eléctrica, las instalaciones del hotel necesitan mantenimiento urgente ya que las fotos de la página difieren en gran medida con la realidad. Las albercas cerca de la playa no tienen mosaicos y les falta pintura. Las habitaciónes con vista al mar están en malas condiciones. La limpieza de hojas es muy tarde y molesta en la estancia en la alberca. El personal en general es sumamente amable. El buffett es muy general y no tiene cortes de res en la comida. Solo pollo y puerco.

No upkeep maintenance at all. Pools were dirty. Rooms were dirty. Floors were nasty. Windows were gross. Service was good thanks to Kevin the receptionist. Food was just ok. Could've been better. I won't come back.
