We have stayed at this hotel 3 times already. Rooms are a good value. We decided to try the breakfast this time (early September) but was not open due to it being off season. The location is close to the ferry so no taxi needed. The hotel also secured our luggage until it was time to check in (we had an early arrival) so we were able to start our vacation without wasting time.

The staff wasnt overly friendly compared to other Mexican hotels. The property and rooms are clean. The light sensors in the room are very annoying especially with 3 people. When one went to go out and get coffee while one in shower the lights we
nt out once door was opened. Wouldnt stay there again. I believe Isla has better to offer for hotels.

It is always a joy to stay at Bahia Chac Chi. The staff goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience, from checking in to checking out. They are warm, pleasant and always remember you. The rooms are always clean and the linen fresh. It’s centrally located and walking to distance to everything including the ferry.

AC was not cold. Open air bathroom w/shower. Bar was not open or gift shop. Towels were limited. We were not told about breakfast when checking in. So I’m not even sure there was any. But will definitely not be back to stay here.
