Really cute little boutique hotel. Great staff and super convenient location. Only issue was the street-facing (ocean view) rooms are very loud at night due to street noise.

very friendly and helpful staff, hotel located right next to golf cart rental place, 2 min walking from ferry terminal, 5 min from supermarket! Rooms are spacious and you get free water bottles every time your room gets cleaned.

Hotel room had excellent bay view of ocean Power issues and a/c issues but hard to beat location and view for the price

Great stay! Hotel was walking distance to everything..

Nice location. A few minutes walk from the ferry dock and 15 minutes walk from the North Beach. Their staff is very friendly. They helped us to book the Dolphin Discovery in a discounted price and offered us beach towels when we were going to the beach.

I returned to Isla Mujeres for the first time in 10 years and was so pleasantly surprised to find the island vibrant, lively and with so many things to do. I had a great feeling about Hotel Bahia Chac Chi and I was correct. It was lovely. The shower was everything after a long day of snorkeling. I loved having a balcony that looked out over the ocean. The pool was small but why use the pool when you have Playa Norte just a small walk away. The hotel staff were super helpful in both Spanish and English. I Would Highly Recomend.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Jonathan (Johnny Cash). The room was clean and in an easily walkable area from the ferry and town shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again!

Generally a very enjoyable stay. Room was very comfortable and pleasant. Shower was great. Location was very convenient as it was so close to the ferry port

The water view rooms (from a previous stay) were much better than the interior room that we had (#106) and seemed to be more updated. The location is great and the staff were great

The front desk staff facilitated an easy check in. I picked this hotel because it was in easy walking distance from the ferry. The room was clean, bed Súper comfortable. The AC would have felt much better if the room had a ceiling fan to circulate the cool air. In the evenings the room was a bit on the warmer side. They have a place where you can fill your water bottle … huge because the weather is so warm it’s important to hydrate. Right next to is a place to rent golf carts .

Would definitely book again. This hotel is literally down the street from the ferry very convenient. Yes, it’s on a busy street but everything is within walking distance the beach, food, convenient stores. We found so many local food vendors within walking distance and the food was delicious which we enjoyed and awesome getting to know the local people so welcoming. The church is down the street and has morning vendors and evening ones too and there’s a small grocery store too. Our evening receptionist Jonathan was so great very welcoming enjoyed talking to him and getting tips about things to do around the island. The hotel is small which in my opinion I preferred not crazy busy we’ve done resorts which are ok but if you’re looking for something convenient and welcoming and really want to get to know the island and it’s people this place is a must. Definitely booking again!!
