Hotel Delfin PV Beach Resort

The property was clean and the location was amazing!! Right on the Malecón in walking distance to everything you need. The food options were EXTREMELY limited, so not stay here if you’re vegetarian or have any dietary restrictions. The room was okay the balcony was nice but it’s just a very simple room, you get a few bottles of water no blow dryer or coffee, the safe in the room was broken, no room service or amenities. Also online it said the room had wifi which it did not. I ate out for every meal and had to pay for cell data for the whole trip, but great location. It’s pretty much like staying in a cheap hotel in Canada I wouldn’t really classify it as an all inclusive resort by any means. Decent margs though.

This hotel has one of the best locations in Old Town. We booked the adult only side which is the front tower - all ocean facing rooms. Some are completely redone and are huge and beautiful. Ours was not redone, but it was large and the bathroom has upgrades. It was in good condition. The adults only rooms overlook the private adults only pool and the beach (and the pier). We had a large cockroach in the room on our last night. Very large. Not ideal but what bothered me most was front desk wasn't overly concerned and said its common and that was that. Up to the point of finding the roach, the room seemed very clean and housekeeping did a great job everyday. The staff at the adults bar and the beach were amazing! Manny (and Sergio??) were so great, so attentive and so very personable. The type of staff you make friends with and follow them around to other properties! As we booked the adults only side, with our own restaurant and pool and beach side, we expected same. Unfortunatley, the main area (all inclusive) buffet was under construction, we the adults only restaurant was used for the buffets and consequently, our pool experience was not private nor quiet. A different experience than the last stay. We were also not allowed to use the adults restaurant, the pool, OR the adult only beach our last day due to an event that didn't even start until 6pm that day. Again, no one cared but our beach staff (who did take care of us).

Clean room. Great and friendly crew. Only problem is that they did not give us the room we reserved and on top of that they were blaming on us until I show them the reservation. It ended up they were overbooked. That explained “the mistake”….

The Delfin hotel was over the top. The staff treated us so well. The room was always kept cleaned beautifully. All staff went above and beyond. The person that stood out the most was the young man that was the bus boy. I am a little hadicapped and walk with sticks, he came to me several times and asked me if I required any assistance. He was a true young gentleman, i apologise for not remembering his name. He would be the numbr one reason I would stay at Hotel Delfin again next trip. This young man should get a promotion and climb up the corporate ladder. The view from my roms was unforgettable looking over the pier right outside my window. 5 stars to everyone!!

I stayed in the Adult's Only Tower of the Hotel Delfin Beach Resort and my experience was excellent. The room was perfectly clean with daily housekeeping, the furniture was nice and new, and the view was spectacular. Lots of noise in the evening due to the prime location on the beach. I did not use the resort amenities so cannot vouch for the food or facilities.

Elena was excellent in keeping our room clean and tidy. The staff around the adults only pool was also great. Our balcony view was the best. I would not recommend the food at the hotel.

This is the 3rd year in a row that i stayed at the Delfin. Great location, Super staff. Clean rooms.

We loved staying here in the Jr Suite. As an LGBT couple, we felt welcome. Amazing view, perfect room, and excellent service. Loved the Nespresso in the room and the nightly turn-down! This was our second time here and definitely will be back! We appreciated access to the adult pool. The location is amazing and everything is safe and secure.

This All Inclusive resort fell short in several ways. The food was terrible, necessitating frequent dining out. Additionally, the lights in our room kept flickering on and off throughout our stay. The air conditioning unit couldn’t keep the room cool, so we had to request a floor fan for assistance. Furthermore, the resort strictly prohibited guests from inviting family or friends into their rooms at any time. Violating this rule resulted in an additional charge to the guest’s hotel bill.

I like it.

Great view, easy access to many restaurants, pharmacies,and OXXO right next door. At night I listened to the sound of rolling ocean waves, and no other unpleasant noise, like traffic or after hours party noise. If the doors to balcony and ocean view are closed, there is no noise at all. The cleaning staff was very friendly and responsive. All in all , a very pleasant stay. I will come back, and refer others as well.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely keep staying here.
