Una muy mala experiencia, no reservaron la habitación que pedí, apesar de eso decidi quedarme pero me asignaron una habitación sin cerrojo y con una sola cama cuando iba con mi hijo por lo que cancele en ese momento la habitación y me retiré a buscar otro en ese momento. La verdad, no lo recomiendo, es mejor ir directamente y si te conviene y convence adelante, pero nada que ver con lo que ofrecen en la aplicación. La verdad una decepción!!

No contaba con agua el inodoro, no tenia jaban de manos ni para bañarse, no tenia agua caliente, tenia insecto vivos y muertos la habitación, las sabanas no se veian limpias, nos tuvieron que abrir otra habitación para ir al wc, en la recepción ni me daban buena información. Del tiempo que tengo utilizado Expedia es el peor hotel que he ido con mi familia.

Para empezar no tenían agendada mi reservación que el costo es de 481 , lle y esa mala noticia y me combraron750.00 porque dijo la encargada que si no se lo cobraban a ella y no me dieron factura ni agua había para tomar en el cuarto no hay aire acondicionado ni abanicomuy terrible
