clean, staff, parking not too good (somebody hit the door)

Stayed only 1 night because the price was right and the reviews were good, but we were disappointed in the condition of the hotel-it needs a renovation and is very shabby, it's showing it's age. There is nothing premiere about the premiere rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful though.

It is in the centre of town, but it is nice and quit. Nice pool and relaxing garden.

Despite it's central location, it's very quiet. Wonderful staff and a comfortable bed, although mine had tiny pillows. Wi-Fi in my room was hit and miss but I was at one end of the building. Would definitely stay again.

Wasn’t impressed with the bathroom in our particular room. Beds were comfortable though.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom is very small. The shower entrance is very small. To get towels for the pool you need to leave an ID and when you return the towels you get back your ID. I only had my passport and i didnt feel comfortable leaving my passport so I didn't get any towels.

I reserved a Premier Room, and although we were informed upon arrival that we could check in early because rooms were available, the condition of the room fell far below expectations. The bathroom tub was not draining properly, so we had to contact the front desk for maintenance to come and address the issue. The bathroom door was also a major problem it wouldn’t close, and if you applied a bit too much pressure, it would jam completely, leaving the person inside unable to get out without someone else pushing it open from the outside. The in-room amenities were also disappointing. The iron did not work at all, and the ironing board was in very poor condition, covered in burn marks and looking extremely worn out. To add to the overall experience, the staff in the parking lot were not courteous and did not provide the level of service we’ve come to expect over the years. I have stayed at Los Cocos many times, but this visit has been the most disappointing by far. Sadly, based on this experience, it will likely be my last stay.

Yes, the room was spotless and fragant. The welcome was amazing and entire staff treated us with great hospitality and warmth. felt like we were honored family members.

The room was espacios, comfortable bed but not pillows. Bathroom can use an up grade and need some maintenance. Tv stream had some problems for a couple of days, all in all was an ok place for us to use as a base for traveling around Chetumal.

Each morning had someone chipping away concrete or something next door....IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP and no hot water for shower....NEVER AGAIN
