Kukun Grand Chapultepec

Decent hotel, however they do not offer housekeeping if you stay less than a week. I requested clean towels and they said that is not something they usually do on a daily basis. I would not stay here again.

I was genuinely impressed with my stay. As someone who is usually a bit skeptical about rental apartments, this experience truly exceeded my expectations. From the check-in process, everything ran smoothly. The building has a 24-hour receptionist, which added a great sense of convenience and security. The staff were consistently helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any enquiries. The apartment itself was spotless, very well maintained, and spacious enough for three adults to stay comfortably while still having their own independence. The location is also a major highlight—very central, in Reforma, and within walking distance to Condesa and Roma Norte, with trendy coffee shops, great restaurants, and high-end hotels. I would absolutely recommend this Kukun location and would happily stay here again.

A couple light switches didnt work, but it didnt bother us because there was ample lighting. Kitchen was greqt and had a washer/dryer unit. Great for family trips.

El hospedarme en Kukun Chapultepec fue una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en el hospedaje desde la llegada la persona de la entrada de nombre Oscar una amabilidad perfecta dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo al otro día no le pregunté a la señora el nombre pero muy amable también estaba en la puerta el lugar muy limpio muy bello dos teles grandísimas el baño grandísimo y la regadera fue la cereza del pastel la cama king size comodísima junto con las almohadas muchas gracias regresaremos.

No cleaning service during my stay there

A security guard knocked on our door close to midnight claiming we were in the wrong room even though they gave us a card with the room number written on it and the card worked in the door. This was after we had been in that room all evening and even requested towels to that room #. We thought he was trying to rob us, none of us slept. We complained to the manager and he said we could get a refund through Expedia. I put in a claim through Expedia for a refund and the hotel manager didn’t approve it. Terrible people at this hotel!! Do not stay there!

If you stay here, make sure to insist on being given a room that is higher up and/or doesn’t face the street. The room we were given had a street light of some kind that shone into the bedroom all night and we were right across from a 24/7 parking garage. There was also construction that started at 6 am in the building right next to us. It was impossible to get a good sleep. We were booked in for 7 nights and after the first night, we requested a room change. They refused, saying it would be four more nights till they could accommodate us! We toughed it out but weren’t too impressed. The apartment itself was ok but wouldn’t recommend unless you are assured a better room. When we were checking in, there was another gentleman who also got assigned a noisy, street facing room and he refused to take it. He had to wait but they did find him another alternative. Our mistake was agreeing to “see” about the noise for the first night. Once we’d taken the room, they basically told us we were stuck with it. Don’t even take your luggage up if it’s a street facing room on a low floor. It’s just way too noisy.

Is has a great location, near the Angel de la independencia and the Anthropology museum other historical buildings. It is also close to convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants. The only thing that we had to wait an hour to get our room and after traveling with kids the only thing we wanted to do was rest.

The air conditioner in our room did not work so we asked for help and we were told they do not have air conditioning at all. AC is listed as a top amenity for this property and it is in every room description, this is extremely misleading. We stayed at the end of April with temperatures around 27C/78F. It was too hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Overall condition of our room was not great, there were cabinet doors falling off in the kitchen. Cleanliness was good and staff were friendly. Location was good, there are convenience stores, cafes and street food vendors close by.

Buena atención y servicio muy agradables.

First it’s a great location to walk to many places. Paseo de la reforma, Chapultepec park, shopping, dining. All within a few minutes. The area was safe and we felt comfortable going everywhere. The property itself has good and bad. There IS an elevator now, which is fantastic. Our apt had clean sheets and towels, plenty of pillows. The refrigerator was a good size. For the bad: the floor was not clean, we asked for a broom but never got one. The showers drain very slowly. The pull out couch is really a foam cushion on the floor, fine for our kids. Overall I would stay here again.

Nice place, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. It was small... i reserved for 5 people and it was 2 full-size beds and a pull out couch. Only 3 of us stayed there, and that was pretty tight! But location and price point was good and felt very safe.
