Excelente lugar, la gente muy amable oscar. Siper atento, te ayudan con las malestas si llegas antes o tu vuelo sale despues, estoy encantado lugar ampleo y ademas puedes cocinar te brindan todas las herramientas necesarias, y si hablamos de la ubicación encantados quedamos, estamod felices hicimos una excelente elección.

El hospedarme en Kukun Chapultepec fue una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en el hospedaje desde la llegada la persona de la entrada de nombre Oscar una amabilidad perfecta dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo al otro día no le pregunté a la señora el nombre pero muy amable también estaba en la puerta el lugar muy limpio muy bello dos teles grandísimas el baño grandísimo y la regadera fue la cereza del pastel la cama king size comodísima junto con las almohadas muchas gracias regresaremos.

El lugar es genial muy limpio una decoración muy buena. El personal de recepción muy amables y dispuestos en apoyar en todo La habitación muy buena para dormir, la cama muy cómoda

Tuve un detalle con la limpieza, ya que en un mueble del baño, había una trusa y pedí que se la llevarán y me dijeron que hasta el día sigue iban a recogerlo. Hay que pedir toallas , de lo demas bien

El apartamento nos gusto mucho, los dos señores de la portería muy amables, solo como sugerencia, informar que la habitación no incluye limpieza, la cajilla de seguridad no funcionaba, la experiencia muy buena y la ubicación expectagular

Solo me fallaron en la hora de la salida me van avisando que la entrega es alas 11 am

A security guard knocked on our door close to midnight claiming we were in the wrong room even though they gave us a card with the room number written on it and the card worked in the door. This was after we had been in that room all evening and even requested towels to that room #. We thought he was trying to rob us, none of us slept. We complained to the manager and he said we could get a refund through Expedia. I put in a claim through Expedia for a refund and the hotel manager didn’t approve it. Terrible people at this hotel!! Do not stay there!

Todo limpio, equipado, excelente!

Excelente atención del personal, instalaciones limpias y muy bonitas. Solo hubo problemas con la energía eléctrica y la jarra eléctrica no calentaba. Las amenidades del baño excelente calidad.

If you stay here, make sure to insist on being given a room that is higher up and/or doesn’t face the street. The room we were given had a street light of some kind that shone into the bedroom all night and we were right across from a 24/7 parking garage. There was also construction that started at 6 am in the building right next to us. It was impossible to get a good sleep. We were booked in for 7 nights and after the first night, we requested a room change. They refused, saying it would be four more nights till they could accommodate us! We toughed it out but weren’t too impressed. The apartment itself was ok but wouldn’t recommend unless you are assured a better room. When we were checking in, there was another gentleman who also got assigned a noisy, street facing room and he refused to take it. He had to wait but they did find him another alternative. Our mistake was agreeing to “see” about the noise for the first night. Once we’d taken the room, they basically told us we were stuck with it. Don’t even take your luggage up if it’s a street facing room on a low floor. It’s just way too noisy.

Muy buena atención del personal

La habitación está bien, aunque la ducha no tenía mucha presión. El supuesto gimnasio no puede llamarse así, es un armario con dos cosas. El personal de noche me atendió a mi llegada después de un larguísimo viaje hablando por teléfono con su madre y haciéndome esperar.

El lugar tiene una ubicación muy buena, lástima que no tiene estacionamiento. En general muy cómodo, agradable y funcional
