Este fin de semana tuvimos el placer de hospedarnos en Mansión Mérida, y fue una experiencia verdaderamente inigualable. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el equipo nos recibió con una amabilidad excepcional y una atención impecable. Las habitaciones son premium, elegantemente decoradas y perfectamente equipadas, ofreciendo comodidad y lujo en cada detalle. El restaurante es hermoso, con un ambiente encantador, y la comida simplemente deliciosa. Quiero dar un agradecimiento muy especial a Raúl Casares, quien personalmente nos atendió y compartió con nosotros la fascinante historia de la mansión, una propiedad con más de 200 años de historia, transmitiendo con pasión y orgullo el legado de este lugar tan especial. Además, su ubicación es inmejorable: está en el corazón del centro histórico de Mérida, cerca de todo, lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial. Mansion Merida is a beautiful, well maintained property in the historical city center of Merida. We were steps away from a vibrant night life but once inside, it was quiet and peaceful. Alberto and his team took excellent care of us through each breakfast and time by the pool. The food was delicious, the service excellent and our room stunning. Can't recommend this boutique hotel enough.

A beautiful boutique hotel where staff members make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the doors. The front office staff, Ivan, Hector and Jose were always available to assist with transportation and answer questions and give recommendations. Alberto and Alexander welcomed us for breakfast each morning with smiles and coffee and juice. From the front office to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff and groundskeepers, every person enables this hotel to run smoothly and efficiently. The rooms are comfortable and quite large with high ceilings and spacious bathrooms. We spent our afternoons by the hotel pool and rarely saw other guests. So relaxing. The Mansion is centrally located with restaurants, shops and historical sites all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Mérida. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not mention the owner Raul, who graciously invites his guests into his grandfather’s home and makes them feel like family. Thank you to all for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Amazing property! A mansion which is not only grand and beautiful but importantly has amazing staff and owner who treats you like family and makes you feel at home. Breakfast was excellent - you must try the tamales! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful - so relaxing coming back to it after a day exploring Maya ruins or on the beach or walking around Merida.

Many delicious breakfast options and wonderful service. Staff were helpful and caring. Room and bathroom were expansive and full of charm. The balcony on which the rooms lead out to is lovely for sitting and talking or doing work. The interior al fresco dining area with fountain and piano is a peaceful contrast to the bustling city and lively park in which the hotel sits.

An Unforgettable Stay in Mérida This hotel is truly in a league of its own. From the moment you step inside, you’re transported into a magical world that awakens all the senses — even the beautiful signature fragrance in the air sets the tone. The historic mansion is filled with character and curated with extraordinary attention to detail, from the stunning art and objects to the gorgeous coffee-table books throughout. The interior landscape design is breathtaking — lush and serene — creating a true oasis within the property. Raoul, the owner, welcomed us warmly and made sure everything was perfectly tailored to our liking. Ivan was an exceptional host, offering thoughtful recommendations that led to some of our most memorable experiences. A heartfelt thank-you as well to the entire staff, whose kindness and professionalism made our stay feel incredibly personal. More than a hotel stay, this was an experience — and we can’t wait to return!

Mansión Mérida was more than a hotel. It was an over-the-top experience, the very best of everything. The attention to detail was outstanding. The city of Mérida is beautiful but sometimes a bit hectic and noise. The answer was to step through the front door of Mansión Mérida and be transported to a zen-like atmosphere of tranquility. The owner was warm and welcoming and the staff were superb. Mansión Mérida ranks at the top of our list.

This is a very nice property well located a block from the main plaza with plenty of good restaurants (fine dining to hole-in-the-wall) as well as shopping nearby. The property is stunning--an old mansion. The courtyard where breakfast is served is beautifully landscaped. Everything is well decorated and well kept. Our suite was very spacious. Lots of the extras you often get at a boutique hotel like this. The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. On days we had to leave before breakfast they had coffee, juice and a box lunch for us to take. We also had towels, caps, and bug spray to take on our tours. We booked our own tours, but they can do that too. The restaurant and bar look very nice and the outside space was very busy every day. Lovely place. If we return to Merida, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
