Este fin de semana tuvimos el placer de hospedarnos en Mansión Mérida, y fue una experiencia verdaderamente inigualable. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el equipo nos recibió con una amabilidad excepcional y una atención impecable. Las habitaciones son premium, elegantemente decoradas y perfectamente equipadas, ofreciendo comodidad y lujo en cada detalle. El restaurante es hermoso, con un ambiente encantador, y la comida simplemente deliciosa. Quiero dar un agradecimiento muy especial a Raúl Casares, quien personalmente nos atendió y compartió con nosotros la fascinante historia de la mansión, una propiedad con más de 200 años de historia, transmitiendo con pasión y orgullo el legado de este lugar tan especial. Además, su ubicación es inmejorable: está en el corazón del centro histórico de Mérida, cerca de todo, lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos una y otra vez. Gracias por una estancia inolvidable.

Mansion Merida is a beautiful, well maintained property in the historical city center of Merida. We were steps away from a vibrant night life but once inside, it was quiet and peaceful. Alberto and his team took excellent care of us through each breakfast and time by the pool. The food was delicious, the service excellent and our room stunning. Can't recommend this boutique hotel enough.

A beautiful boutique hotel where staff members make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the doors. The front office staff, Ivan, Hector and Jose were always available to assist with transportation and answer questions and give recommendations. Alberto and Alexander welcomed us for breakfast each morning with smiles and coffee and juice. From the front office to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff and groundskeepers, every person enables this hotel to run smoothly and efficiently. The rooms are comfortable and quite large with high ceilings and spacious bathrooms. We spent our afternoons by the hotel pool and rarely saw other guests. So relaxing. The Mansion is centrally located with restaurants, shops and historical sites all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Mérida. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not mention the owner Raul, who graciously invites his guests into his grandfather’s home and makes them feel like family. Thank you to all for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this elegant and tasteful boutique hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. Service was friendly, and we loved all the little thoughtful details (turn down sweets left in our room at night);they even sent us off with special towel bags for our visits to cenotes!

The rooms are immaculate. Alberto and Hector in the reception office were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The whole entire staff for breakfast were outstanding. I can’t say enough. I am spellbound by the whole experience here. The topper was Raul the owner sitting down with us at breakfast and just making us feel like family. If you are planning a trip here to the beautiful city of Merida I would highly recommend that you consider staying here. I’m leaving today, but I wish I could stay. Incredible service with friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and homelike environment. When leaving on early tours, staff made sure we had a boxed breakfast, coffee and a backpack with towels and hats for a day on the beach or Cenotes. Had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon.

Mansión Mérida is spectacular. We were welcomed with a drink and a fruit basket, and loved the daily treats in our room. The room upgrade was stunning, and the pool was incredibly refreshing. The service from the concierge team was world-class, and meeting the owner, Don Raúl, was a highlight. He even took a photo of us, which was delivered in a frame in our room and he met us as we were leaving to give us a thank you letter. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was truly personal. A gem in the heart of the city!

Raul is the owner of this magnificent property. We have travelled many places all over the world and I would have to say that this was the best. This property needs to be in the movies. It is absolutely spectacular. Not only are the surroundings, unlike any other, we have been at, the service is exemplary. This truly was one of the most special vacations we have ever had. It is not a mansion with an abundance of rooms. However, because of the smaller amount of gas, you truly feel like you are a VIP! Thank you so much for the most memorable vacation. Amazing property! A mansion which is not only grand and beautiful but importantly has amazing staff and owner who treats you like family and makes you feel at home. Breakfast was excellent - you must try the tamales! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful - so relaxing coming back to it after a day exploring Maya ruins or on the beach or walking around Merida.

Mansion Merida is a beautiful, well maintained property in the historical city center of Merida. We were steps away from a vibrant night life but once inside, it was quiet and peaceful. Alberto and his team took excellent care of us through each breakfast and time by the pool. The food was delicious, the service excellent and our room stunning. A beautiful boutique hotel where staff members make you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the doors. The front office staff, Ivan, Hector and Jose were always available to assist with transportation and answer questions and give recommendations. Alberto and Alexander welcomed us for breakfast each morning with smiles and coffee and juice. From the front office to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff and groundskeepers, every person enables this hotel to run smoothly and efficiently. The rooms are comfortable and quite large with high ceilings and spacious bathrooms. We spent our afternoons by the hotel pool and rarely saw other guests. So relaxing. The Mansion is centrally located with restaurants, shops and historical sites all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Mérida. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not mention the owner Raul, who graciously invites his guests into his grandfather’s home and makes them feel like family. Thank you to all for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this elegant and tasteful boutique hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. Service was friendly, and we loved all the little thoughtful details (turn down sweets left in our room at night);they even sent us off with special towel bags for our visits to cenotes!

The rooms are immaculate. Alberto and Hector in the reception office were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The whole entire staff for breakfast were outstanding. I can’t say enough. I am spellbound by the whole experience here. The topper was Raul the owner sitting down with us at breakfast and just making us feel like family. If you are planning a trip here to the beautiful city of Merida I would highly recommend that you consider staying here. I’m leaving today, but I wish I could stay. Incredible service with friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and homelike environment. When leaving on early tours, staff made sure we had a boxed breakfast, coffee and a backpack with towels and hats for a day on the beach or Cenotes. Had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon.

Mansión Mérida is spectacular. We were welcomed with a drink and a fruit basket, and loved the daily treats in our room. The room upgrade was stunning, and the pool was incredibly refreshing. The service from the concierge team was world-class, and meeting the owner, Don Raúl, was a highlight. He even took a photo of us, which was delivered in a frame in our room and he met us as we were leaving to give us a thank you letter. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was truly personal. A gem in the heart of the city!

Raul is the owner of this magnificent property. We have travelled many places all over the world and I would have to say that this was the best. This property needs to be in the movies. It is absolutely spectacular. Not only are the surroundings, unlike any other, we have been at, the service is exemplary. This truly was one of the most special vacations we have ever had. It is not a mansion with an abundance of rooms. However, because of the smaller amount of gas, you truly feel like you are a VIP! Thank you so much for the most memorable vacation. Amazing property! A mansion which is not only grand and beautiful but importantly has amazing staff and owner who treats you like family and makes you feel at home. Breakfast was excellent - you must try the tamales! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful - so relaxing coming back to it after a day exploring Maya ruins or on the beach or walking around Merida.

The balcony on which the rooms lead out to is lovely for sitting and talking or doing work.
