Room was fantastic! Staff was so friendly and helpful with everything! I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Gorgeous! Included bfast was great and relaxed in the beautiful courtyard. Location was perfect for sights and walking to amazing dinners. Will be back!!

Amazing property! A mansion which is not only grand and beautiful but importantly has amazing staff and owner who treats you like family and makes you feel at home. Breakfast was excellent - you must try the tamales! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful - so relaxing coming back to it after a day exploring Maya ruins or on the beach or walking around Merida.

Fantastiskt, vackert gammalt hotell, mansion. Det ligger mitt i Meridas gamla kvarter och det är nära till allt. Bra frukost men det bästa är att gå ut och äta på kvällen.

Many delicious breakfast options and wonderful service. Staff were helpful and caring. Room and bathroom were expansive and full of charm. The balcony on which the rooms lead out to is lovely for sitting and talking or doing work. The interior al fresco dining area with fountain and piano is a peaceful contrast to the bustling city and lively park in which the hotel sits.

More than a hotel stay, this was an experience — and we can’t wait to return!

Mansión Mérida was more than a hotel. It was an over-the-top experience, the very best of everything. The attention to detail was outstanding. The city of Mérida is beautiful but sometimes a bit hectic and noise. The answer was to step through the front door of Mansión Mérida and be transported to a zen-like atmosphere of tranquility. The owner was warm and welcoming and the staff were superb. Mansión Mérida ranks at the top of our list.

Our stay at Mansión Mérida was exceptional. The hospitality was warm and personal, and the owner’s presence made us feel truly welcomed. We were upgraded to the Master Suite, which was absolutely heavenly—elegant, spacious, and full of historic charm. The hotel feels like staying in a beautifully preserved mansion, with thoughtful touches throughout (we even loved the swag bag!). Located right in the heart of town, it’s perfectly situated for exploring Mérida while offering a refined, tranquil retreat. Every detail was carefully considered—an unforgettable experience

This is a very nice property well located a block from the main plaza with plenty of good restaurants (fine dining to hole-in-the-wall) as well as shopping nearby. The property is stunning--an old mansion. The courtyard where breakfast is served is beautifully landscaped. Everything is well decorated and well kept. Our suite was very spacious. Lots of the extras you often get at a boutique hotel like this. The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. On days we had to leave before breakfast they had coffee, juice and a box lunch for us to take. We also had towels, caps, and bug spray to take on our tours. We booked our own tours, but they can do that too. The restaurant and bar look very nice and the outside space was very busy every day. Lovely place. If we return to Merida, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Mansion Merida is a real gem. The converted mansion is so lovely, they serve a great breakfast in the central courtyard and our room was very comfortable. The staff is the perfect mix of professional, attentive and friendly - they scheduled tours and made us feel right at home. The owner, Raul, is very hands on and greeted guests every day. The location on a cute square just a block from the cathedral square and two from the Park Santa Lucia is central to the city sites. We lived Mansion Merida and hope to visit again.

One of the best hotels ANYWHERE. The owner strives for perfection and achieves it. Gorgeous property. Perfect location. The staff is always there to help. Wonderful breakfast.

Hotel is charming and lovely. The staff, including the owner, could not have been any more helpful or considerate. A real pleasure. The only caveat is some noise at night in the front of the hotel that could be disturbing if you're a light sleeper. Despite that, the hotel is great in every respect.

The hotel, staff and location was awesome. Service was excellent and would highly recommend.

Staying at the Mansion Merida was wonderful in all respects. It was like staying in a warm cocoon in Merida. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Everyone knew our name on day one and treated us like family, not merely guests. Our room was also very lovely.
