The junior suite did not look like the one in the photos. The rules are actually not that nice looking. Stuff was very outdated.

Staff was great especially the front desk. Rooms were clean. Pool was refreshing. Great location

The property is older with good sized clean rooms. Room came with fridge, and microwave. The hot breakfast was good. The hotel offers a good value.

We stayed there 1 night prior to a flight the next day ( after a 4 week stay at our timeshare in Cabo del Sol). The hotel was adjacent to a 24/7 highway construction site so it was noisy & dusty. The check in staff were friendly. The room supplies were minimalist barebones. The bed nonetheless was very comfortable.

We have stayed at Santa Maria three times now, and have another night stay planned. It is an older hotel, well worn in a lot of ways but is clean and suites most of our needs. The close proximity to transportation and restaurants works well for our trips and the included breakfasts work for us too. This time while booking our trip I accidentally said there was only one guest. I emailed the hotel to correct this, however when we arrived they told us we would have to pay for one of the breakfasts, even though they acknowledged that we had corrected the original mistake. This seemed odd and uncomfortable and an unusual place to make a stand. The included breakfasts are one of the reasons we choose this hotel. There is also a large construction project next door. People should be aware of this.

Eeveything was very good. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. A very nice stay. we could only stay for one night.

Very nice and clean, very attending staff

Great location, easy parking, great pool, awesome internet. Breakfast was great. The staff is very friendly and professional. Things to improve.. We had a suite with kitchen not a single utensil, pan, glassware, we were exhausted to ask for anything but makes no sense to have nothing. The breakfast coupon to be collected each morning at the reception makes no sense whatsoever, what a waste of our time. Just give them out at check in. Excellent for a place to sleep and rest after hitting the waves, would stay here again.

Nice Great time in the pool

We stay here often for one night stays. We’re expats living in Mexico and our home is not close to town. We stay for shopping trips or prior to airport departures. The hotel is basic by international standards, however, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The self parking is great, many good walkable restaurants and stores. Downside is no elevators with three stories. Pool is nice, great little restaurant for included breakfast.

Lovely complex with nice pool, clean rooms and comfortable beds. I really like the kitchenette option and will definitely stay again!
