This property was perfect for us as we love to walk around the local shops. Close enough to groceries as well. Front desk staff are also wonderful and friendly.

In general terms the hotel is nice, fulfills needs and has a good location. Front desk are young and needs training to learn and understand how to treat, deal and offer solutions in a professional and respectful way with costumers. Cleaning ladies made the difference. Always helpful and doing her job great. Restaurant offers a good quality and abundant breakfast. Every dish was tasty and well executed. Rooms could be better if furnitures are renewed soon. The hinge of our window was broken so we didn’t tried to open it a second time. Flat screen has good size and it’s a recent model. Good conectivity.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great king mattress, great air conditioner (quiet), plus a kitchenette. This hotel is where the hotel zone begins and across the street from a huge grocery store that includes a food court.

A pesar de que el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el trato que recibi por parte del personal fue terrible.. de entrada me volvieron a cargar lo que yo ya habia pagado, pedi una extension de mi estancia dias antes de mi llegada e incluso cuando hice mi checkin me confirmaron que ya estaba la extension.. un dia antes de mi partida me avisan que no me habian cobrado las noches extras.. Ademas parte del staff fue muy gosero, sin la menor empatia y atencion al cliente.

Hotel familiar, accesible y cerca de centro comercial, peronal amable, faltan opciones de alimentos, aunque se resuelve saliemdo a compara al centro comercial enfrente, sería muy comodo tenerlo en el hotel.

Es nuestra segunda visita y todo excelente con el lugar el único cambio fue en el desayuno, ahora es buffet, tenían más variedad de platillos cuando era a la carta, quizás ahora puedes comer más pero no har variedad...el personal super amable y servicial

El personal no está al pendiente de las condiciones de las habitaciones como aire acondicionado secadora pelo y muy pocas toallas para área de alberca no hay la necesarias para el No se habitaciones que tiene el hotel

Tuvimos la mala suerte de que no estuviera la alberca lista pero por lo demás excelente estancia

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Zona muy bonita. Cuenta con acceso a todo tipo de transportes. Lástima que no tiene restaurante ni bar. Le falta mantenimiento a la estética del baño.

We really enjoyed the breakfast included with the room. It had nice traditional Mexican options as well as pancakes etc. We were a bit dissatisfied that there was nothing in the kitchenette to cook or eat with. Seemed pointless to have paid extra for the kitchenette if we could not even use it but there were many dining options nearby. The pool was also being redone when we were there and we weren't made aware of this at the time of booking and was one main reason for us booking there but I think that's not the fault of the hotel to tell us as we had booked through Expedia. Plus side is that they will now have a beautiful new pool. So if travelling soon call ahead to make sure it's completed if you want a pool. We would definitely stay here again. We chose this location/hotel for the secure parking and easy to find from the airport after dark. Staying downtown the parking can be more challenging and the streets a bit more confusing after dark.

pool was being repaired 3/14 to 3/31; hot water leaked into my room

The staffs here are very nice and friendly especially the house keeping manager Rosalba. She is smiles all the time, kind and very helpful with her team members. The hotel manager Emilio is very helpful too. If we need help, he's happy to help us solve the problem. I enjoyed my stay here.

La alberca no funcionaba. Yo recibi un email de ustedes 12mins antes de llegar al hotel diciendome que no servia la alberca. Le mande mensaje a ustedes sobre la condicion del hotel porque ya no queria quedarme ahi y ya no pude cancelar era muy tarde. Nu ca recibi respuesta de ustedes.
