This place was somewhat disappointing. Very old.. shower was lukewarm.. the bathroom window wouldn’t close. Small kitchen but nothing stocked.. no cups. Cutlery dish clothes.. nothing so basically unusable. Did have a Motel6 vibe.. one night was more than enough.

La primera habitación que nos asignaron estaba llena de zancudos y la regadera tenía tierra, estaba sucia, el balcón estaba abierto como si alguien se hubiera metido a esa habitación. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a la 1:00 am porque no soportábamos los mosquitos

Hotel Santa Maria is a great budget option for being close to the action but not paying a ton for the privilege. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The brand new Al Comer super market complex is just across the street and has more than you will ever need. There are numerous small restaurants within a three minute walk. The pool is clean spacious and welcoming. Overall a good deal. My only criticism would be that screens on the patio doors would be an improvement and the coffee at the breakfast room needs an upgrade.

El desayuno es malo, está frío , no están atentos a recoger las mesas está sucio, nos tocó comer con policías municipales es decir dejan entrar a cualquier persona que no sea huésped al desayuno , y obvio se acaban las cosas y ya no rellenan los faltantes a pesar de llegar antes de la hora del cierrre. En general, mala experiencia.

No elevators, no hand rails on rather steep stairs to upper floors and even two very tall steps with no hand rails to enter reception from street, no English T V stations, very noisy if you have a room facing the street. This is a terrible hotel especially for older people which I am one of. you should consider reinbursing me my money for the misery I went through and taking this off your web site

I’ve stayed here multiple times and so does my family, great price, great breakfast and the stuff is so nice and respectful of privacy

It needs serious updating. We had a kitchenette but no supplies at all. Cupboards bare, no cutlery, dishes etc. we had to ask at the office for everything. Pool had a leak so they were constantly refilling with cold water. Fridge held together with duct tape. Microwave was unusable as the coating on the inside was coming off. The only good thing about this hotel was the comfortable bed. We will not return

Room was very clean and organized staff is very professional and nice everyone front desk, cleaning crew, public area crew and at the breakfast everyone is very professional and helpful 10 of 10 no doubt price was very affordable location is convenient

La habitación es muy buena, pero la regadera sale poca agua, tiene DISH pero casi sin canales, el restaurante es muy básico , la puerta al balcón no cierra

Rooms need a refresh Clean but dated and gives a Motel 6 feel. Kitchenette had a coffee maker but no package of coffee. No utensils or pots or dishes. Good location for supermarkets. Bed comfortable but had only a sheet and very light cotton cover. Couldn't find a blanket anywhere

Una opción razonable para la zona, aunque no me gustó que la habitación estaba fétida con olor a sudor rancio todo el tiempo, lo reporté para que me la cambiaran y solo fueron a rociar aromatizante que no sirvió de mucho, tuve que ir a comprar un aromatizante por mi cuenta. La fuente de ese olor son unas sillas de plástico que deberían retirarlas o cambiarlas porque solo arruinan la experiencia del huésped. El desayuno es muy básico que se repite lo mismo todos los días y sin variedad, con frecuencia se acaban las cosas y no hay ni fruta.

Although the room was cleaned daily, it had bed bugs which is a big problem. I left the last night with several bites. I don't recommend this place for that reason.
