We stayed here one night. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had valet parking, which was nice. We didn't have any trouble finding our car when we wanted to leave. All the staff was friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Not about the hotel but, it was a little confusing how to get to the Christmas Market from the hotel, but in the end we found our way.

We found the hotel easily, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Isabel at the front desk greeted us warmly and took the time to explain all the hotel facilities, which made us feel at home right away.
The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We would gladly return in the future!

Pros: Great location. Good sized room. Amazing breakfast. Cute outdoor and pool area. Room service was easy to order online
Cons: mattress has a waterproof mattress top which was noisy and sweaty. Room was hot and could not adjust A/C

Pleasant enough stay as room was peaceful & bed comfy however not impressed with facilities in the room being very basic. Climate control in the room was not very effective & the lobby/bar area had a bad odor resembling mild sewage.

Great location, friendly accommodating staff, spacious room, comfortable bed and good breakfast. If my trip was not for business I would give the review full five stars. My only issue was that there were periods my loptop was not able to connect to the hotel wi-fi (no issues for my mobile) and the working space in the room was very very small. Otherwise thumbs up.

Great location for the station and 8 minute walk to the casino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only minor thing is the hotel is situated on a sometimes busy road and we could hear loud cars and motorcycles from our room but it didn’t spoil our stay.
