Nice view, but cleaning ok

I am not sure about the laundry but there was a basket to put towels in that was nice. The balcony was amazing. It could not have been better. My only complaint was that the single room was too small. I was unable to open the door window unless I moved the bed. But then the door to the room would not close. It's hard to get to the closet because of the bedside table.

The road to the property is inconvenient, limited shopping and no dining possibilities in the neighbourhood. If you have a car, you may enjoy the view and modern furnitured rooms.

I only use the pool to refill my water bottle so that I could flush the toilet because there was no water in the room.

The Casa collection whilst fairly new with nice size rooms was actually in the middle of a building site when we were there. Lots of Lorries passing the car park at the back throwing up lots of concrete dust that covered everything. No amenities close by and the road to get there is very dangerous.

While the price was very reasonable, the hotel is next to a massive construction site and is 20 minutes from Tivat. There are no food or beverage options on site. You have to take a cab, which costs $15usd to town. Road is too narrow and steep to safely walk. Pool and views are nice. Check in service was good. In the room, you can see visible wear and tear on couch with stains, door handle to sliding deck door fell off when opening, kitchen counter had nicks and dishwasher door was broken. It is a value spot.

We booked two nights for 1 King and 1 extra bed, but there were 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. they were so rude and no intention to approach the issues, also the unit was so dirty, and the blind was broken. So, we stayed only one night and checked out.

This place really was one of the worst we’ve stayed,even though it was priced cheaper than some others around. Where to even start-the condition of the place being “newer” is really terrible-stuff is either falling apart already or wasn’t properly installed/built. Balcony door has no outside handle to open it. Only one towel hanger in the bathroom. Bathroom boiler still has plastic hanging off it,from when it was unpackaged and installed. Musky smell in the place. No body wash or conditioner-just cheap shampoo. Bunch of stains everywhere-curtains,walls,floor. Kitchen faucet did not work. Fridge was not closing properly. Only one wine glass and no bottle opener-asked reception,and they had none of that. A/C stopped working middle of the night,and there was no water AT ALL from like midnight until 0600 am-couldn’t even flush the toilet. Weird noises coming from the pipes. Getting to the place is a nightmare-sketchy single lane road,with broken pavement,and unpaved parking by the hotel. Do yourself a favor AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

A little bit far from the Kotor center, but definitely ok if you have a car. Very peaceful and quiet around the area!!

Definitely one of the worst places I've stayed at. The room was tiny, smaller than the one I booked. The sofa bed was dirty, as the whole room. The facility looks like a construction yard. My room was on the 3rd floor. I accidentally touched the rails to find that they are shaky and flimsy, really scary. A mirror door in the room was vroken and taped. Bathroom so tiny you can not fit on the toilet. But with a window to hallway so that you can great the neighbors. Note that to access the parking the last 200 meters you have to pass between a wall and a fence where only one car can pass, so take a deep breath and drive hoping no one comes from the other side. Or just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Owners, please do not offer me to fix it next time. You had an opportunity to give me another room. I will never come back for sure. Too bad I can't attach photos.

We stayed for 4 nights and we’re so glad we chose this place. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We absolutely loved our room, it had a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, a small dining table, and a sofa, which was wonderful. The location was also convenient, as the main attractions were only a 10–15 minute drive away. The pool area was very enjoyable as well. Many thanks once again to everyone, from housekeeping to reception.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During our visit, the area was quite dusty due to ongoing construction next door, and the road leading to the property was still gravel. It’s a narrow, tricky route to navigate, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the area. There isn’t much nearby within walking distance, so having a car would be essential for convenience. The bathroom layout could be improved, the toilet is positioned too close to the sink cabinet, making it awkward to use comfortably. On a positive note, the view from the upper-floor balconies is excellent, offering beautiful sights of Kotor Bay and stunning sunsets.

A lovely location up in the hills with a gorgeous view. We had a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. The pool was unbelievable. All of it was great and around 20 minutes from city center. The hosts even gave us a ride to the airport which was so kind.
