Der Ausblick war super, dass war aber das einzig Gute. Das Zimmer war schon total abgewohnt. In der Küche fehlte teilweise die Verblendung. Es gab am Anfang auch nur eine Tasse. Das ganze Appartment war schlecht gereinigt. In Schränken und Schubladen lag noch Dreck und Haare von Vorgänger. Statt täglicher Reinigung, wie es Expedia ausweißt wurde nur einmal in 6 Tagen gereinigt und das auch eher schlecht als recht. Wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nice view, but cleaning ok

I am not sure about the laundry but there was a basket to put towels in that was nice. The balcony was amazing. It could not have been better. My only complaint was that the single room was too small. I was unable to open the door window unless I moved the bed. But then the door to the room would not close. It's hard to get to the closet because of the bedside table.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Zeitweise war es etwas laut von der Baustelle nebenan und zweitweise störte eine defekte laute Poolpumpe. Der Pool selbst war in Ordnung und es gab ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da es fussläufig nur einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt.

Établissement en dehors de la ville voiture obligatoire mais une très belle vue sur les bouches de Kotor et près de l’aéroport sans subir de nuisances tarif interessant Par contre les équipements varient d’un studio à l’autre certains possèdent une machine à laver le linge d’autres pas et l’intendance ne suit pas toujours malgré la bonne volonté des filles de l’accueil

The road to the property is inconvenient, limited shopping and no dining possibilities in the neighbourhood. If you have a car, you may enjoy the view and modern furnitured rooms.

Es war schön ruhig und entspannt Aber manchmal kommen eltern mit kinder die nicht vom hotel nur für das Restaurant und pool . Es wird danach sehr sehr laut für eine schöne orte braucht man auch ruhe.. aber personal waren sehr nett und freundlich

I only use the pool to refill my water bottle so that I could flush the toilet because there was no water in the room.

The Casa collection whilst fairly new with nice size rooms was actually in the middle of a building site when we were there. Lots of Lorries passing the car park at the back throwing up lots of concrete dust that covered everything. No amenities close by and the road to get there is very dangerous.

The hotel is up on a hill, were there are no supermarkets, no public transportation, no shuttle-service and no way to walk down by feet. To have a car is obligatory to not be stuck in one place. All of this is not written in the description of the hotel which is misleading!!! Around the pool it was very loud the whole time because everywhere nearby where new building lots. The „reception“ is only a small floor and the people that work there barely spoke and understood English. After 2 of 7 days I decided to Check-out because as a female solo-traveller without a car I was stuck there… Until now the owner of the Hotel hasn‘t answered any of my messages and refuse to give me part of my money back! I wouldn‘t recommend it at all!!!

While the price was very reasonable, the hotel is next to a massive construction site and is 20 minutes from Tivat. There are no food or beverage options on site. You have to take a cab, which costs $15usd to town. Road is too narrow and steep to safely walk. Pool and views are nice. Check in service was good. In the room, you can see visible wear and tear on couch with stains, door handle to sliding deck door fell off when opening, kitchen counter had nicks and dishwasher door was broken. It is a value spot.

Nous n'avions PAS D'EAU CHAUDE pendant TOUT le séjour ! La vue est polluée par des immeubles en construction, les photos sont très bien retouchées. La chambre est peut être convenable mais pas de pression sous la douche. La chasse d'eau est donc inutilisable sans pression d'eau. Pas de serviettes supplémentaires. La piscine est SALE !

Leider haben wir mit diese Unterkunft eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Waren 6 Nächte in der Unterkunft und davon war nur am einen einzigen Tag Wasser vorhanden. Ohne Wasser für die Toilette und Dusche bei fast 40 Grad macht das wenig Spaß. Jeden Morgen müssten wir telefonieren und nachfragen. Internet war nicht vorhanden, TV hat auch nicht funktioniert, Steckdose hing nur noch an dem Draht, .... Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen - für 140.-€ pro Nacht erwarte ich etwas anderes. Schade!!! Die Balkonaussicht - einmalig - kann die anderen Mengel leider nicht gut machen. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben.

We booked two nights for 1 King and 1 extra bed, but there were 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. they were so rude and no intention to approach the issues, also the unit was so dirty, and the blind was broken. So, we stayed only one night and checked out.

Genel olarak fiyat performans oteli. Temizlik çok iyi değil. Genel olarak çalışanları özellikle Su hanım çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü.
