Fint hotel og dejlig pool. Rigtig godt valg til prisen. Ligger dog lidt øde og med få indkøbsmuligheder. Personalet var yderst hjælpsomme og professionelle. Tak for et skønt ophold❤️

We didn’t realise the staff were Turkish; we only found out when we got there. Thankfully, they were very helpful. Generally speaking, we had no complaints about the cleanliness; the view was lovely, and it was lovely to sit on the balcony in the evenings and enjoy the peace and quiet. We didn’t know there was a washing machine in the room, and it came in very handy. The only thing was that the bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner. There’s no bottle of water in the rooms, so I’d recommend bringing some drinking water with you when you check in on your first day. Thank you for everything; it was a lovely experience.

Dette var en svært dårlig opplevelse! Vertskapet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme men fasilitetene elles var svært dårlige. Skittent, uryddig og nedslitt uteområde. spesielt bassengområdet. Elles liten seng, lite rom, ikke blendingsgardin, lite trangt og bad. Prisen vi betalte stod ikke i forhold til det vi fikk. Vil difor ikke anbefale dette stedet til andre.

Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, comfort, or service. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others. Our stay was very disappointing. The property was in very poor condition and did not appear to have been maintained on an ongoing basis. The overall cleanliness was below expectations, and many of the furnishings and surfaces were stained and worn. We had booked a room for Three guests (1 child), but the room was only prepared for two guests when we arrived. The bed was very small could not fit two adults and one child. This was an inconvenience and should have been checked in advance. The hotel is located very high up on a hillside and can only be reached via small, winding roads, making access somewhat difficult. I imagine the views are nice if you book a room with a balcony. The pool area was acceptable, but it also looked like it had not been properly maintained for many years. The pool ladder was loose and did not feel securely attached, which raised some safety concerns. Another major issue was the noise. The pool lights remained on very late into the evening, encouraging activity well into the night. Guests were swimming and making a lot of noise directly outside our room until after midnight, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

The photos on Hotels.com were misleading. The room was much smaller than advertised, and the kitchenette was tiny and poorly equipped, with no pots, proper glasses, kitchen knives, or other basic utensils. The cleanliness was disappointing. The room was dusty and dirty, especially under the bed and sofa, which clearly had not been cleaned for a long time. During our 12-night stay, the balcony was never cleaned. We spent very little time at the hotel during the day, but even so, the lack of cleaning was obvious. We regret not taking photos to document the issues we experienced. The staff provided poor customer service. We asked for clean towels but were told there were none available during the last days of our stay. It is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure housekeeping is properly managed and that guests have essential items. The pool area was poorly maintained. There were only eight sun loungers for the entire property, and all of them, as well as the umbrellas, were broken. The pool was not cleaned properly, and the pool ladders were unsafe because the screws were loose. On one occasion, the heavy stone base of a parasol suddenly cracked and fell near the children’s play area. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but it could have been extremely dangerous. The outdoor area was also neglected, with litter scattered around and even a used diaper left outside the trash bins. Overall, this hotel did not meet the standard presented online. This made our stay very disappointing.

This place has very pretty views but a lot of maintenance issues. The AC was leaking in my room when I was checked in and the sun loungers are all broken by the pool. There’s no stores or restaurants nearby except a hotel rooftop so if you don’t have a car it’s extremely inconvenient. Even with a car you’ll spend 30+ mins circling down the mountain. They didn’t have any proper amenities. For one night it’s okay, I wouldn’t do a longer stay here.

Staff was friendly. The only bad thing is there is no cleaning for the room. Everything else was great.

I loved the the whole room itself it was so clean and comfortable beautiful the views were amazing !! staff were good and communicate well everything was perfect .

The apartment was clean and the staff helped with anything I asked. It has a pool. It’s 10 mins away from the old town by taxi.

The apartment itself was perfectly clean on arrival, but the sofa and other upholstered chairs were incredibly stained and unsightly. After several days passed without the room being cleaned—despite putting the sign on the door—we had to go and speak to someone. On our last evening, when we returned after a long day out, we found that they had simply removed the bedding from the extra bed. Very sparse with kitchen utensils and cups/glasses About 80% of the sun loungers around the pool were simply broken.

The location and property were as described. Check in was slightly challenging but that was my fault for making a mistake on the date. We were able to adjust and that was appreciated. However the amenities were limited. Dishes were few and small, no paper towels or bath soap, no coffee cups. There was hot water but not enough for both of us to shower. All in all it was a pretty good stay but we expected a bit more from the listing.

Very good accommodation with amazing views and a pool. Staff are accommodating and nice people. Would highly recommend.
