Stayed for 3 nights B & B. Twin room clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Great breakfast. Ate in the hotel restaurant on the first evening. Nice atmosphere. with good service, food and wine. Fantastic steam and "signature" massage -thanks to Towia and Nonhaila. Definitely recommend. Perfect location. Easy 5 minute walk to the Medina. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good comms prior to arrival from reception / concierge. Good service all around. Rooftop bar and restaurant closed for refurbishment. Small pool but didnt use.

Great stuff nice, cozy and clean rooms but sound proof need to be improved.

The hotel staff were pleasant and always cleaned our room every day, but they could have left a bottle of hand or body lotion in the bathroom.

Food and staff in the restaurant was the best in all of Morocco

We up graded and paid extra to have the room with terrace, when we arrived at the hotel we were told that there was only Two rooms in the Hotel with terrace & they were occupied, we was very disappointed, the Room we had was very nice but it wasn’t what we paid for. The pool was disappointing the sun only came round on to the pool around 3/4pm by that time the sun beds were taken, as it’s only a small pool, there was construction going on at the hotel which we wasn’t told about, the breakfast was very nice so much choice with good fresh products, location very safe to walk around in the evening, 15mins to walk into the old town, Expedia needs to address there’s only 2 rooms with balcony/terrace it’s false advertising not sure if I would stay again because of our room & the pool.

The hotel is conveniently located for the train, airport, and a number of attractions. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast, included in the price, provided a good variety of options and the food was fresh and well-prepared. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious clean well appointment and quiet room. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Great location close to Old and new town. Good food options.

It is a charming place, conveniently located. Breakfast was excellent. We didn't eat any other meals there. The swimming pool was freezing cold however.

Wonderful stay right outside the Medina. The staff were incredible with any requests or minor issues, they really made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. The spa service was amazing and an experience to remember. The breakfast was very good and the pool area is very nice.

Well done! From arrival to departure the staff were outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. An obvious eye for detail with all restaurant staff. Pool was beautiful and a very welcome place spend a very hot afternoon.

Location is good just 10 to 15 minutes walk to the center. Pool and roof top bar is a plus. Overall recommended

Nice place but air con only blowing warm in the four rooms I booked.

The negative feedback is not as much for the hotel itself but the unbearable noise around the property. Internal noise in the room from machine next door and luckily the staff was kind and changed my room for an acceptable one. But the external noise from the rooftop bar of this hotel and the Nobu hotel across the road was deafening!!!! Impossible to sleep until well past midnight. Families with kids should stay well away. Hivernage is a terrible area of Marrakesh, noisy party at every corner. It was a mistake not to stay at a riad inside the Medina.

My recent stay at Hivernage Hotel and Spa was overall pleasant, thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest satisfaction. The hotel staff went above and beyond, and the service in the restaurant was particularly exemplary. Imad, one of the servers, handled a minor issue with professionalism and kindness when I found a hair in my food. While this was disappointing, he made every effort to make up for it, which I truly appreciated. Karima at the front desk was outstanding—she went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making my stay much more enjoyable. Fadua (from client relations, I believe—apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was also incredibly kind and attentive. While the staff was exceptional, there are a few areas for improvement. The beds and pillows are much too hard, which affected my sleep quality. Additionally, the windows on the Nobu side of the hotel need better soundproofing, as outside noise was quite disruptive at times. If you’re planning a stay, I’d recommend requesting a room on the Sofitel side for a quieter experience. Thank you again to the wonderful staff for their warmth and professionalism—it made a significant difference during my stay. With a few adjustments, this hotel has the potential to offer an even better guest experience.

I would say 3 star hotel. Somewhat worn down and interior dated. Food and staff OK. Terrible noise from the clubs and roads - we moved from the 5th to the 2nd floor after one night but still impossible to sleep. I was told they would put up plastic shutters outside the windows to try to mitigate noise - unfortunately I won’t be coming back to check. Due to lack of sleep I would not recommend.
