Great location

Our room was quite small and the hotel was old as expected but it had air conditioning and updated rooms. It is located in a great spot, very walkable and felt safe at night in this area. I would stay here again :)

This was a great central location. The room was spacious for our needs and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Hotel is what you’d expect of 3 star, we didn’t didn’t have restful stay, due to other guests making lots of noise between 11pm-4am.

Very well located and could walk to most anywhere. The station was barely 7 mins away and that allowed for easier commutes..the hotel itself was decent, breakfast was expensive so opted out but the room was comfortable and well catered. Shower door was broken but shower was good.

Nice hotel reception a bit dated but room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast and fab location. Walked everywhere as everything was in walking distance. Would definitely recommend

Finally asleep after more than 24 hours of travel, they woke me in the middle of the night because they had forgotten to collect the city tax upon check in. I asked them to allow payment on check out and they only returned with a card machine for the 16 euros. I would have paid 50 to stay asleep! Thoroughly annoyed. An okay room near everything. Mattress topper extends beyond the bed and by sitting on the corner, I actually tumbled to the floor. Dirt and crumbs under the bed. Bathroom smelled badly.

Property and staff were wonderful. Hotel was walkable to most everything...busy area but safe. Great stay. Would definitley stay again and recommend.

Easy check-in/out Breakfast was good. Lots of food and shopping close by.

Lovely friendly hotel, staff were very attentive. Hotel is Very easy to get to, nice area felt safe at all times. Only negative was the room could do with being re painted, few scuff marks etc, also some black damp on parts of the ceiling. However rooms were very clean.

booked a room with 4 single beds all on the same level but when we arrived we had a different room maybe the attic but after a quick chat with reception they changed the room for us. We had the bedroom decorated for our sisters 18th birthday which the staff then brought all the balloons etc to our new room for us cost €25 for room decorated Inc bottle of wine, forgot to state she only drinks rose wine but they gave us red and didn't have an alternative unfortunately. The staff were really helpful doing all this faffing around and the room suited us as a group better. We stayed in room 100 and had 4 single beds and a big sized bathroom which was great for 4 women. We felt safe at this hotel and it was really clean. We forgot to put our sign on the door to ask the cleaner to tidy round, but that was our fault not theirs. Would be great if there was a mini fridge in the room to keep water cool. The beds were really comfortable too bad an amazing sleep. Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.There's a vending machine in the lobby for drinks. The lobby area and our room were really clean and cosy/warm. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. There's a tram stop right outside the door. The hotel is literally minutes away from the train station so was easy to walk there. Can't wait to come back Staff 10/10 Bedroom 10/10 Location 10/10

Quiet, clean, central little hotel - everything we needed for a 3 day city break!

Room was very small. Bathroom was not made for more than 1 per son and you had to climb over high tub to use shower. No luggage racks

Hotel itself was great, very clean and staff very helpful. Luggage drop was very useful as we arrived at 8am as were going to F1. Very conveniently located close to the train station. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, you never had to walk far! Only downside was the room. In general it was good. We literally only used the room for sleeping and the bathroom as were out all weekend at the F1 so in that sense, it was a great room. However, our toilet door was broken and wouldn’t lock unless someone on the other side pushed the door in and then the person in the toilet could then lock it. Hopefully that gets fixed. Air conditioner also leaked a lot when in use, even after staff fixed it. Overall though, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for stays in Amsterdam

The start was very kind and helpful and Location is great.

We have just left after having a great 2 nights in the hotel. It was in the perfect position for a quick sightseeing trip, in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. I was really worried after reading negative reviews on cleanliness size of room etc. we had a family room which was spotlessly clean and plenty big enough. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. This really is the perfect location for exploring the city. Parking opposite q park is expensive but handy. No discount offered by hotel as external company. We paid for breakfast and I think if I stayed again wouldn’t have added this on as was very limited/basic but still very good quality and clean restaurant just not what we are used to as a family. There are plenty of breakfast options on your doorstep out side and around d the hotel. Overall I was very impressed and would definitely stay again if in the area.
