Clean rooms and nice staff. Good location. Only thing, you can hear other guests from your room. Walls are very thin.

This was a very conveniently located hotel, a short walk from the station. The staff were all very friendly. Room was a good size and pretty comfortable. There didn’t seem to be much noise outside or in the hotel, but this was a midweek stay in January. Breakfast was fine, with a reasonable selection of cold and some hot choices. Overall well worth the price.

About my fifth time staying at the Avenue. Always a pleasure and never any problems. Staff cannot be friendlier or more helpful.

Clean,comfortable room, very spacious bed, great blackout curtains. 6 minute walk to the station, 2 minutes to Damrak but peaceful at night. The buffet breakfast was very generous.

The bed top moved that i have to wake up couple times to put it back.

Wir brauchten aufgrund der Flugausfälle kurzfristig eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Unser Zimmer sah keineswegs wie auf den Fotos online aus. Preis-Leistung passt nicht. Absolut hellhörig und die Einrichtung wirkt herunter gekommen. Für eine Nacht machbar, mehr auch nicht!

En general todo bien la habitación algo pequeña pero limpia y segura muy bien ubicado en el centro de todo a pie se recorren todos los sitios importantes pero muy seguro el ascensor solamente sube con la tarjeta el desayuno pudiera ser algo más por lo que pagas es algo pobre pero en general solo vamos a dormir no a comprar el hotel así que para 3 o 4 días está bien

Charge for early check in even for 1 hour. Short break service hour. Stuff not so nice.

Avenue Hotel I stayed in room 306. My shower leaked water all over the floor. Every day I had to use my shower sponge and towels to mop up the water. The rusted stain on the floor from the rubbish bin indicates that this issue has been happening for quite a while. Getting my room cleaned was a challenge and the "Please make up my room" sign was a waste of time. The cleaner was very hard working but she had too many rooms to clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and gave me fresh towels on the days that my room was not cleaned. The hotel is in a great location and if it wasn't for the shower and cleaning issues I would have enjoyed my stay and my room a lot more and would have rated my stay as excellent. I was given complementary late check out which I appreciated. I will stay there again

The room was very noisy (on ground level on the street, windows went out on ground floor. Staff were good, clean rooms clean bathroom.

Quarto muito bom, hotel bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos e guardaram nossas bagagens para que pudéssemos passear em Amsterdã antes de seguir viagem.

Clean, safe and friendly.staff. very easy and quick walk to central station, and also close to RLD and shopping streets. Good value, room was happily more modern than the hallways. We stayed with a baby and the cot provided was decent quality and we were able to move out buggy and all our bags around the hotel comfortably. Didn't try the breakfast as it was not much better value than eating out. Overall very happy, enjoyable stays, would recommend.

Great place a little dated but clean and in an excellent location - everywhere was walking distance. Nice helpful staff and comfortable rooms. They did breakfast for €15 but we never tried it. Would recommend this place as a good hotel that won't break the budget
